Our beach home is on the 4th floor with a great location in the building for the best views. Cute 3-bedroom/2-bath unit very spacious at 1,600 sq. ft with a large balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded and the unit comes completely tiled. A gated resort with 24/7 security, amenities include several pools with a seasonal heated pool, 4-tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Brand new on the rental market, all dates are available. Come and stay with us. One pet allowed with $100 PET FEE. MUST PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO ON A SIGNED AGREEMENT.
