This unique condo sleeps up to 8 people and has everything you need for a great Island stay. Full kitchen with just about everything you need for cooking and dining. The La Solana complex has a pool and hot tub, a lighted fishing pier and available boat dock #104. Supplied are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon to get you to the beach with ease. Huge deck with chairs and table overlooking beautifull sunsets.  Minimum age for responsible party is 25. Sorry, no pets allowed. NO SPRING BREAKERS ALLOWED, FAMILIES ARE WELCOME. This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Very LIMITED parking at this small complex, only 1 car allowed, any others will need to park on street parking. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY ADDITIONAL INFO AND SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT
