Swordfish Villa # 3 on East Swordfish St is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! Only a few steps from the great Grapevine Café and only a half block to the beach! We now have TWO condos next to each other in this complex! Sleeps up to 6 people with 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a queen sofa bed plus a small, modern futon. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware, dining area and even a washer and dryer! A shared pool invites you to sit and relax after a day at the beach or cook in our small BBQ area. Full linens, towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee pods and even beach towels and beach chairs provided. WiFi and Spectrum cable TV provided. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. No Spring Breakers allowed. PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT
