Just 2 minutes from the best beach in Texas! This adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath will sleep 6 with a queen bed, twin bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. You will have everything you need for you home at the beach, full kitchen with all necessities, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, an assortment of spices and more! We will provide all linens and towels, soaps and shampoos, paper towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags, makeup towels as well as beach towels and even beach chairs! 1 pet with $100 pet fee. Stairs are required to get to the second floor. 1 Assigned parking spot. Only half a block to the beach access. NO POOL AT THIS COMPLEX. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT.
