This Morningside condo is less than one block from the beach and in a great location! One queen bed, bunk beds and a sofa sleeper make for a great family vacation together! This unit has just been recently remodeled. You will have everything you need for you home at the beach, full kitchen with all necessities, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, an assortment of spices and more! We will provide all linens and towels, soaps and shampoos, paper towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags, makeup towels as well as beach towels and even beach chairs! Everything you need for your fun in the sun. One pet welcome with a MAX of 25 pounds and $100 pet fee. Stairs are required to get to the second floor. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT
