This Airbnb was more than enough, everything from the outside to inside was just beautiful and relaxing perfect for friends and family!!

Fantastic place. Very spacious. Top level ocean view with direct access to the beach can’t be beat.

Rod & Rosa’s place is terrific, they were very helpful with questions beforehand and during the check-in process! A grocery store is within a walkable distance, the beach is less than a 5-minute walk and the condo is up kept very well with the perfect aesthetic to match your beach vacation. 10/10 would recommend!

Place was as advertised. Great location and private. family felt safe and secure. Only thing would recommend is putting TV’s in the bed rooms. Would benefit family with teenage kids

The place was beautiful and I was stay there again. It was beautiful, private, and very easy. Access to come in and go out to local restaurants.

We had a wonderful vacation! We spent countless hours on the beach and patio overlooking the ocean. Sunrise was beautiful on the patio. We love the location. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in our home away from home! Thank you Rod and Rosa!

Hosts were very responsive. The space was clean as shown in pictures. Check in was easy and overall a great experience.

The condo was clean, had good supply of towels. Great beach view. This unit is right by the heated pool. There is also a pool bar to grab a drink, and a snack. There is an elevator, and stairs. We had a great time, and would stay here again.

This was just as described! Such a beautiful condo! It was easily accessible to the beach and there are 3 pools, one which is heated. There was so much room, even our puppy got to enjoy the vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to make memories in your beautiful home.

Great place!

Rod and Rosa’s condo is a wonderful getaway. They made communication a breeze. The building is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. It is conviently located right near the pool, beach and dog walk area. We enjoyed our time there and would be happy to return.

The complex is small and the unit is well-equipped with anything you could need for a perfect beach stay! Rod and Rosa are very accessible and helpful and the location is great, close to everything and pet friendly which is a huge plus for us! We can’t wait to be back!

Exceptionally well-appointed condo in the perfect location. The beach views are stunning, the furniture is beautiful and looks brand new, the whole condo is spotless, the beds anre comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

All the comforts of home in this clean, newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. 1/2 block to the beach. Rod and Rosa are great to work with and were very responsive when we had questions or needs. We look forward to coming back next year!

Excellent place to stay! Fantastic location – 5 minute walk from one of the best restaurants on the island, and the beach is a 5 minute walk the opposite way. Pristine, comfortable home.

We just loved our apartment and most of all the location on the bay. The pools were great and loved the laundry facility. We totally enjoyed sitting on the dock with the new friends we met watching the beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We have stayed at this property two times and plan on staying there again. The location is perfect for us as we like to walk to restaurants, bars, beach and grocery store. There are quirks with the property that you need to get used (dryer vents inside) to but overall a nice place to stay.

We loved our stay of SPI. We loved the condo and the service from BOVR was exceptional.

Property very clean. We had very few problems and if we needed anything it was taken care of right away. The view of the ocean is awesome!

The only issue was the tarp banging on the roof when the wind blew. The unit was nice and clean and stocked with supplies to get us started. Furniture very comfortable compared to other units we stayed in. Rosa and Rod assisted us promptly with any questions we had. A very good experience all around

The unit was very comfortable, clean with lots of dishes etc. Close to the beach which we really liked. Also 2 parking spaces so you aren’t crowded in. Rosa and Rod were very accommodating.

Great experience with the family. We celebrate New Year at our condo and the experience was great. We had great weather, the service at the facilities was perfect, pool and beach incredible. We are ready to come back very soon.

Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with the items to actually cook. The outside view is incredible! My mom really enjoyed all the puzzles they had.

We have been to SPI several times but this time we got to stay for 3 days straight right on the beach with great views. Everything was super simple which was great. Definitely will be looking at staying again on the island.
