Rod & Rosa were excellent and we absolutely loved our stay – it was within a 3 minute walk of the beach and right down the street from the IGA. The condo was very spacious and clean. Our family of 6 felt safe. Basic amenities were provided. Some things to note: We did have issues with a couple of cockroaches on the floors downstairs – heard from some other condo stayers that they had them too, so it must be the complex/island in general. The dryer also went out before we got there – Rod & Rosa provided hangers for us to dry our clothes, which we appreciated. We brought our own water as there wasn’t a water filter in the condo. Both showers had black mold around the entries – there were also some water damage areas around the ceilings downstairs. Very important for people to know if they have any allergies to mold! Overall, great stay due to location and Rod & Rosa’s excellent communication.
