Place was very large and well-furnished/equipped. Be aware, you’ll need to fill out a 3rd party contract that runs a background check on the person renting the place, also, they will want to know names and ages of every person staying on the property. I found it a little excessive for a short-term rental but it’s cool, they’re protecting their investment, I get it, somewhat. Also, there is no BBQ pit, there is an old crusty one on the 2nd floor balcony, but it is not usable. When I asked if one could be provided during my stay, I was told I could rent a little one for 25.00 (cleaning fee). I personally think for 2k a night all-in, one would be provided to their guest. I winded up buying one, using it, cleaning it and leaving it there for the next guest. I think it’s a given, a family on vacay at the beach is going to want to bbq at some point. Other than that, everything was in order and the host were nice.
