Our family stayed at Rod and Rosa’s place during our kids spring break. I honestly don’t have one thing negative to say about the place. Everything was very clean and organized. They were very responsive during our stay, so if we did have a question they were quick to respond. The resort itself is beautiful, well kept grounds. There are three pools and if that isn’t enough you can head to the beach and swim. A couple things I want to call out. First, is they provided ammenties for us to enjoy the beach/pools which included beach towels, sand toys, wagon to get down to the beach with the toys, pool noodles, etc.. We met multiple people staying there that didn’t have those things provided by their renters so they had to go buy them. The second thing is the kitchen. It was well stocked with items for us to enjoy our stay without having to worry about anything besides groceries. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting South Padre.
