Amazing!

Our positive experience began well before we ever arrived at The Sapphire! Rod reached out several times between when I made the reservation and when we left for our vacation. He sent vital information that took any guess work out of the check in/check out processes, pertinent information about restaurants, night life, shopping, activities, etc. it all made for a flawless experience! Our condo was spacious and had all the comforts of home. There were plenty of linens, blankets, and beach towels. You’ll likely need to take extra toilet paper and paper towels, depending on the length of your stay. Our unit was well equipped with small appliances. The unit was clean and had an amazing view! I didn’t realize it until we got there, but guests at The Sapphire also have access to the amenities at The Margaritaville hotel next door. The guest services staff were professional and very helpful. Rod sent texts during our stay to see if we needed anything. Prior to check out, he sent an email with reminders about the process. It was an amazing stay and I can’t wait to go back!! Thank you so much, Rod and Rosa!!
