Check-in was a Nightmare

After receiving multiple texts and emails. days in advance, from my host regarding a simple check-in at the front desk, there was no record of our reservation. We called the hosts number, & we were told that there was nothing they could do and we would need to call VRBO. Are you kidding me? After 12 phone calls over an hour from both the front desk & myself, another gentleman came to The Sapphire & finally allowed us to check-in. I don’t think the property owners & the front desk see eye-to-eye…neither wants to help out the guests staying at the property. We found out that 3 other families had the same issue during our stay
