My family of 5 had a great time in this great unit. The access to the beach and the pool, and ocean view simply can’t be beat. It’s a block from the only real grocery store store on the island, which is handy, as well as the main drag and all the shopping and restaurants you’ll need, within walking distance. There was an umbrella and chairs for the beach, and even a couple of boogie boards which were great. Adding a grill to the patio would be nice addition. Otherwise, everything you need, comfy beds, washer/dryer, great kitchen, and large flat screens with cable and roku. There is also a pretty nice rainbow playground set outside in a common grassy area with a cool little soccer goal. My only gripe was that the pool hours don’t start until 9 am, which seems ridiculous.. and on our last day it didn’t open until closer to 10 am.
