Sunchase IV 530 is perfect in every aspect of a vacation condo! Very well stocked with everything you need to cook. They even have awesome grills in the common areas!! The pool was awesome. As far as location I’m not sure how it could be better. You drive one block and turn either direction and you have everything you need. Traffic during the weekend gets pretty heavy especially getting across the bridge so adjust your arrival and departure schedule accordingly. Traffic during the week is a breeze! The condo is exceptionally clean, including the grounds around the building. Like I said, the place is perfect in every aspect and we will be back next year!
