STUDIO for 4 people: queen bed & sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen has fridge, microwave, blender, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plenty of room w/living space, large TV, Spectrum cable, WI-FI, closets/drawers & more! Located across the street from the beach, close to restaurants, shops & bars. 2nd floor, no elevator. One pet allowed, max of 25 lbs with a $100 pet fee.

Vista Del Mar is centrally located in the entertainment district. This 3 story condo complex is located across the street from the beach. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Just outside your door you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Complex features gated outdoor swimming pool area with BBQ grill. Friendly onsite maintenance manager is there daily to make sure the complex is looking great.

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND RULES AND KNOW THAT A RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED BY THE CITY

The building address for your GPS is 110 E. Pompano South Padre Island 78597. Your unit is 409 towards the back, facing the pool.

Entrance to open parking area is on the next street over (Tarpon St) you will see a sign a sign that says Vista Del Mar. No parking permit is required. We will need the full description of your car to avoid hefty towing fees. So close to the beach and entertainment district.

Island Metro Transportation provides FREE rides around the Island and to Port Isabel, look for the yellow buses. We do have limited UBER and LYFT services, check your app to see if available. Taxi services are very inexpensive and could save you from going to jail! Ask any server or bartender to get a cab for you and/or friends!

Vista del Mar House Rules

The owners of Vista del Mar Condominiums welcome you to our building! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. Please park in a parking space off Tarpon street. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 4 guests per studio. There must be at least one adult 18 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. ONLY registered guests may utilize the complex amenities.

3. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. in the common areas, hallways, balconies porches, pool and parking lot is not allowed.

4. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of by an adult in the large dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

5. Pets ~ Any pet must be on a leash and in personal control of, by the owner at all times. No pet may be tied outside in a common area. Please pick up the solid waste, put in a plastic bag, and dispose of it in the trash receptacles. Dog houses, crates, kennels, or containers of any kind are not allowed in the common areas. Animals are prohibited from the pool area.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Showers are located in the back of the pool yard. Also no water balloons are allowed in pool area.

8. BBQ ~ Personal BBQ pits of any kind are Prohibited. There are BBQ pits in the pool area.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

A good cohabitation requires common sense, respect for sleep hours, politeness, tidiness and awareness of the common good. Thanks for helping insure a great vacation for everyone!

I am an island person born and grew up in Puerto Rico. Marriage brought me to Dallas area but my body and soul always pulled me towards the ocean. I chose South Padre Island because the beaches and the ocean are the best of Texas.
