It comes with a courtyard view balcony that gives you a second living area where you can enjoy the breeze, simply the best place to be when the sun goes down and you have a cool drink in your hand! Top floor corner unit with more than comfortable living room with new queen sleep sofa and large flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and “Starter Kit” provided. Dining area for six. Master Bedroom with queen size bed with en-suite half bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, double on bottom and a single trundle, also with TV. There is a full-size bathroom off the hall and a super laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Beach Chairs, Plenty of Bath and Beach Towels. Air-conditioned accommodation with two balconies and a kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and both kinds of coffee makers. Available for quick getaways or an extended winter break. Please note, parking is very limited at this resort. Only one car is permitted in our assigned spot for this condo. We are on the 3rd floor, NO elevator. Create exciting memories, have more fun, and truly experience your destination! PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AND SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. DOGS ALLOWED WITH A $100/DOG CLEANING FEE.
