Swordfish Villa #1 on East Swordfish St is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway!

Only a few steps from the great Grapevine Café and only a half block to the beach! Sleeps up to 6 people with 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed, full kitchen with utensils and cookware, dining area and even a washer and dryer!  A shared pool invites you to sit and relax after a day at the beach or cook in our small BBQ area. Full linens, towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee pods and even beach towels and beach chairs provided. WiFi and Spectrum cable TV provided. 

No pets allowed. No Spring Breakers allowed. PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO AND SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT AS WELL AS PROVIDE A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THIS PROPERTY.
