Fabulous 2 Bedroom Beach Getaway Pet Friendly

Great 2 bedroom condo only steps away from the beautiful Gulf!! Everything you need for your beach getaway - sleeps 6 with 2 Queen beds and a brand new sofa sleeper, Spectrum cable TV, free Wi-fi, pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, beach towels, etc. Close to restaurants, bars and more. 3rd floor walk up with no elevator. 1 pet up to 25lb with a $100 pet fee.

Vista Del Mar is centrally located in the entertainment district. This 3 story condo complex is located across the street from the beach. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Just outside your door you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Complex features gated outdoor swimming pool area with BBQ grill. Friendly onsite maintenance manager is there daily to make sure the complex is looking great.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Vista del Mar #301 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle in front of garage 301 facing Pompano St. Parking pass enforced. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ One small dog is allowed with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100/dog. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of in the dumpster located on the east side of the building facing Pompano St. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please know that only the booked guests are allowed in the pool area. Wristbands are enforced and rhe complex does not allow parties. Pool area opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. Anyone caught in the pool after hours will receive a $250 fine for non compliance. Wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is included. Please clean it after each use. Thanks!

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

9. Wristbands are mandatory while in the pool area.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings are only refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"Owners were very communicative. We went on a last minute trip and they were very accommodating. We were within walking distance to the beach and anything else we needed. There's also parking included with the cost. We didn't use the pool or do any cooking but everything looked to be in order.

"This was my first time getting a condo for the weekend. Everything on the listing was accurate. The place was clean. Its a nice location for the Beach access. It was about a 5 minute walk. Close by restaurants, corner store very convenient. Overall great place and location if you are on budget.

"If you want a condo that is nice and centralized this is your place to rent. The owners are very prompt in replying back to you. Louie’s backyard as well as the beach can be walked to within five minutes. Overall my small family had a great experience .

"The apt is in a great location , everything is walk distance, everything is around there. Bars , restaurants, beach , stores. Good communication with the owners and everything was upset clean smelling good and the pool pretty good. The building don’t look outside what’s is inside. "This was a beautiful condo literally across the street from the beach. We did grocery shopping at Walmart which was a 10 minute drive. There were bars, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance. Everyone we saw was friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were perfect size for two people and the pull out couch was a double bed as well. We had six people in the condo and had plenty of room. It was nice to have the necessities, and kitchen utensils provided. Rod and Rosa are so kind to share their home and it was cute and peaceful. We will hopefully be going back again!

"Great place! The parking for the place is extremely tight to get in and out of but that’s not the owners fault! Beach is literally right across the street - you can park by it but cannot drive up on the beach.

"This Condo is a perfect Location, walking distance to the beach, Restaurants etc. The only thing was walking up couple flights of stairs and wish it had a patio to hang wet clothing and to sit and enjoy sunrise or sunset. But overall great Location.

"I’m in love with this condo! Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach and there’s a private pool!

"Overall the place was an awesome place to stay. The air conditioning is amazing. It’s perfectly spacious for four people. It has all of the basics that you need, air conditioning, beds, couch, TV, fridge, freezer. The only thing missing is a station to wash off when you get back from the beach. Also, it says that there is laundry but that is a bit misleading because you have to pay for it and you will need lots of quarters to do so. Overall, would book this place again!! Awesome.

"Overall good Airbnb. Close to the beach and is exactly as described in the listing. Wish it had TVs in the rooms for late night watching but that’s just a personal preference.

"A cozy 2 bedroom condo that is close to everything. Quick walk to the beach and nice pool area. Enjoyed dinner at Jakes with live music then walked to Sky Park for the kids driving the go karts. Beds were very comfortable.

"Awesome location n great value. Went for a weekend with my family and had a great time compared to a hotel . The swimming pool was awesome , was a huge pool n was not overcrowded at all. Everything is within walking distance to this location. Rod & Rosa were great hosts , quick responses n no hassle . Was my first time using Airbnb n it went amazing . Loved that it has good WiFi n cable. Was able to stream ufc on my firestick with no problem.

"We had such a great week with our Kiddos! We loved our condo on the 3rd floor. Even our kids said over and over we love this place ! When looking for a condo on the beach you hope you find what you are looking for and this is a GREAT find ! I strongly recommend this little jewel ! "Very clean place! The building is kinda old and looks kinda rough from the outside. Other then that , inside home was very neat, clean and well decorated looks like a beach house. Smelled very nice with all house needs inside! Well recommended!

"Condo 301 is clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities. The condo is awesome! It has a Smart TV with Spectrum as your provider, AC, all kitchen appliances and two large bedrooms. Bedrooms are comfortable with medium sized closets. Bedrooms do not a chest of drawers though. It wasn't a problem as I only stayed 4 days, so it was ok living out of my luggage. You have access to a pool, which we never used when the beach is only a block away. You also have access to a washer dryer on the 2nd floor. A convenience store is across the street and bars, restaurants, and shopping all within a short distance. Rod and Rosa are fantastic hosts! I'll come back for another SPI visit soon.

"This place was close to Louis backyard and other cool local hangouts. The room was condo was cold which is just the way I like it. The rooms even have fans in there to make it colder! Rod and rosa were quick to answer any questions I had. And was reasonably priced. Will likely stay here again!
