Spacious 3BD/2.5BA with outdoor private pool just 1/2 block to the beach & walking distance to restaurants, bars and Entertainment District. The amenities have everything you need including cable, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, loaded kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, all appliances & 2 small car garage. Island grocery store is only a block away. This beach home has a terrace where you can enjoy fireworks during the weekend! NO PETS.  FAMILIES ONLY during March, no spring breakers. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO and SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT.
