Supplied are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon to get you to the beach with ease. Huge deck with chairs and table overlooking beautifull sunsets. Minimum age for responsible party is 25. Sorry, no pets allowed. NO SPRING BREAKERS ALLOWED, FAMILIES ARE WELCOME. This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Very LIMITED parking at this small complex, only 1 car allowed, any others will need to park on street parking. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY ADDITIONAL INFO AND SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.
