Saida IV Condominiums is a building in the Saida Resort complex at South Padre Island,TX. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts.The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 3rd floor. There’s a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place. The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you’ll come choose to stay in our relaxing “Little piece of South Padre Island”, down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
