Studio 410 Perfect Beach Getaway

STUDIO for up to 4 people: queen bed & sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen has stove, fridge & microwave. Plenty of room w/living space, large TV/cable, wi-fi, closets/drawers & more! The complex has a cool pool & BBQ grill. Located across the street to the beach, close to restaurants, shops & bars. 2nd floor walk up. One pet allowed, MAX OF 25 LBS WITH $100 PET FEE. Please read the HOUSE RULES before booking! Vista Del Mar is centrally located in the entertainment district. This 3 story condo complex is located across the street from the beach. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Just outside your door you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Complex features gated outdoor swimming pool area with BBQ grill. Friendly onsite maintenance manager is there daily to make sure the complex is looking great.

Only ONE (1 car) allowed to park on premises with a Parking Pass displayed on its dashboard. The remaining vehicles have to park in the island's public parking. Please be notified of towing enforced.

While visiting the pool, please wear the wristbands.

The owners of Vista del Mar #410 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Parking pass enforced. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 4 guests. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ One small dog is allowed with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100/dog. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of in the dumpster located on the east side of the building facing Pompano St. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is included. Please clean it after each use. Thanks!

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

9. Wristbands are mandatory while in the pool area.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings are only refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"The location of this airbnb is amazing, literally just a couple blocks from beach access. And there is parking available (which is key because parking in general is not easy to come by). The place itself was nice and clean and the hosts were clear about guidelines. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work and the numbering system of the building is a bit random so keep that in mind when looking for the unit. Overall, you can't beat the location of this place.

South Padre Island is an island reef, please guys, do not expect our utilities to be as perfect as the city you live in. "Vista del Mar was a perfect weekend home from home. Everything one needs for a getaway. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and good value for money. Many Pubs and Restaurants in close walking distance, fine Italian Dining at The Meatball Cafe, Coco's bar on the beach both less than 400 yards on the bay side or cross the highway to Louie's or Sunset and more.... The Kurig Coffee facilities provided for first morning, easy parking and a good shower the room is everything one needs. Thank you for a perfect weekend Everything was perfect, thank you.

"Very cute place and really enjoyed the location, just disappointed about the pool being out of service but understand it was out of their hands. In return they provide beach toys for my 4 year old. Even my 16 year old really liked it and he doesn’t like nothing. Perfect for our family of 3, nice and quiet. Definitely a do over.

"This studio unit of about 600 sq Ft is in a convenient location — about 1/2 block to the beach, and walkable distance to lots of restaurants, from fast food to nice. Unit is clean and consistent with the photos. Host communications are great and unit is supplied with basic necessity items to get you started day one. Pool area is nice.

I just think that other than go visit with you at the studio, we couldn't communicate much better. The link we sent with the entry information has step by step instructions on where to park and where the dumpster is. I wonder if you took the time to read it because it is good information about the property and about the island. We hope otherwise you were happy with our services! "I must admit, I was a little worried when we arrived to the location. The building looks a bit old, but the condominium it self was amazing! Looks definitely can be deceiving. It's a super cute condominium, extremely clean, and well equipped. It accommodated 3 adults and 2 children. The pool and pool area clean, within minutes walking distance to the beach. Looking forward to booking in the future.

"We enjoyed our stay at Studio 410. Rod and Rosa were excellent hosts. Communication was outstanding. Super easy check-in and check-out. Room was extremely clean and smelled nice. "The place is not bad but I think it is quite expensive given the amount of space and the age of the building. I guess location is at a premium. The big perk for me was that we were allowed to bring our pet. People with no pets may have more options to pick from. Communication with the host was mostly ok except when we tried to ask if it was possible to move (not reduce or cancel) the stay by 2 days. In that case the host just went silent. We ended up sticking to the original dates.

Good morning Giulia, We thank you for your review. You are so right when you say the location is a premium. We are just across the street to the beach. In fact, you can see the ocean from the corridors of our building. We are at about 2 blocks from the Entertainment District. Staying at Vista del Mar does not require to have a car. South Padre Island's building boom came in the 80's. Therefore, the big majority of buildings in the island date from those years. We work hard and spend many dollars to keep the building looking good. We have a great pool and offer a BBQ to all guests. I would like to address the change of dates you requested because we are in our highest of seasons. It is hard to manage a change of dates at the last minute. We are not a reservation call center either. We are owners of a condo that we rent using Airbnb. We work, we eat, and we sleep. I am sorry we did not answer your request in your timely manner. I wish we could have a robot that does that, but it hasn't been invented yet! We try to please every one of our guests but you all of you have different ways to see life. We sincerely hope you had a vacation to remember. On your next one, we can offer another more upscale condo that comes at a higher price but that will not disappoint you. Cheers!

"Rod & Rosa’s condo space is super adorable and made my boyfriend Michael and I feel right at home. It offered more than I expected, lots of nice little touches, all the supplies one could need, even the iron and ironing board came in handy! The pool out front was a nice place to hang after getting my fill of the ocean that was just a block away. Everything on the quaint island was in walking distance making the condo feel quite centrally located. Both Rod and Rosa were super easy to contact and answered my questions very timely. I can’t wait to return back to the island and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Rod and Rosa’s again.

"Rosa’s place was outstanding! It is very small but enough space for at least 3 adults. It was decorated very cute and beachy. We also were very close to the beach, places to eat, shopping, etc. Rosa was also very responsive to my messages when I had a question - which I totally appreciated! There were also other amenities such as ironing board, iron, body mirror, extra blankets, beach blanket, plus more! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in SPI. Book this place!

"The location is great, it is not too far into the island in case you need to drive to town for some shopping, it is by some really great restaurants and clubs all within 5 min walking distance. it was clean and neat and well organized. the pool was a bonus point to have. it is perfect size for 3 people or less but I woul not recommend for more than 3 people. "Rosa was a wonderful host and the apartment was incredibly charming. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils etc... Close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We loved that we had access to the pool as well. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back.

"This place is in the best location, obviously you don’t get beach views but the walk is super short & there’s a gas station and CVS within walking distance for basics. Super clean & plenty of towels including beach towels!

"Is very relaxing! Clean and very calm environment! Very comfortable bed, good AC and very practical studio! We went with our baby boy 10 months old and he had fun and slept pretty good too ! We loved the studio, we made coffee and breakfast! Very close to the beach. We definitely will stay here again.

"Rosa's adorable place was a perfect location for a beach trip with a few of my girlfriends! Rosa was available immediately to answer any questions I had, and we were able to even make ourselves a healthy dinner in the apartment because of all of the pots and pans and utensils Rosa so graciously provided! The place was the perfect size for our group of 3, and the beach is a leisurely few minute walk away! 10/10 would recommend this lovely place to anyone looking to stay in South Padre :) Thanks Rosa!!

"Had an amazing stay at Rosa's studio unit. Close to the beach and restaurants, 2 min walk. Rosa was quick to respond to my messages and the unit was super clean. The bed is SUPER comfy--will need to ask her where she bought the pillows :) Do not hesitate to book this room!

"We had a great time at Rosa’s studio! It had what we needed and was the relaxing stay we wanted. The pictures and description are accurate and the walk to the beach and various stores and restaurants was very easy. Tip: if you want to cook on the grill, bring charcoal and a lighter or you’ll be out of luck! You can’t go wrong with Rosa’s studio!

"Rosa provides an excellent place to stay at. Literally a 5 minute slow walk to the beach, very convenient, and overall outstanding cleanliness. When you get there, you may have some doubts. But rest assured that the unit itself is fantastic. Rosa also provides an excellent guide for what to do on the island. Lastly, Rosa will answer any questions in a timely manner. For everything offered at the price it is, jump on this. You won't regret it!

"My wife and I with our dog Lucy stayed here for our first trip to South Padre Island. The experience was great! The studio is just as described with all the necessary amenities.
