Good place & good communication

We loved our weekend stay! The condo was beautiful and the view was perfect. Everyone was comfortable and it felt like a second home. We would definitely stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The place was great for our family. We had easy access to restaurants and we had a lovely view of the gulf. The condo was clean and spacious. We look forward to visiting again!

We loved the location close enough to walk to the beach the restaurants. The only thing wished the checkout time could have been at 11. But the place was clean and comfortable suited all our needs. Price was reasonable.

This was a nice place. Inside was very nice and had everything we needed. Very clean. Backyard had great potential but needed a little work. We used the hot tub, it worked. Location to bech was very good.

We had ah amazing time at this property and it was as gorgeous as in the pictures. We continue coming back to this company because they never disappoint!! Highly recommend it ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Harbor House. The home is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well‑equipped for a comfortable beach getaway. The layout worked perfectly for our group, and having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made everything easy. The location is peaceful and convenient, and the property felt very well cared for overall.

Great place

The rental property was a great stay and location. The owners were very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. It was great they provided a pack and play and high chair! The space was very quiet and the backyard was the oasis we were looking for! Highly recommend!

The apt is good. But we had an incident in the bathroom and my friend was badly hurt. The host was pretty inconsiderate

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. The best part was having a short walk to beach and going and coming as we pleased. Honestly best stay I’ve ever had. Perfect place for a weekend get away!

The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, responsive hosts and we got a credit to rent beach gear that was delivered to the front door. Very convenient location. Would stay here again! Thank you!

This place is perfect for a small family beach getaway. The spot is right on the beach with fantastic views, next door to the Wanna Wanna bar, and walkable to the new Isla Balli brunch spot. We love staying here and always have a great time!

One of the best places I’ve stayed!

It was right on the beach. It is an older condo but very clean and well taken care of. The only thing we found wrong was the WiFi didn’t work. Didn’t matter to us because our 5 g signal on our phones was very strong.

Condo was as seen in the listing. Clean and well appointed. LOVE the higher chairs on the balcony so we can see over the railing. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach towels very much! Great spot!

Great Family Vacation.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. My elderly parents loved sitting on the balcony, watching the gorgeous view of the ocean. We couldn’t have had a better view anywhere. The grounds are very well maintained and we would definitely rent this condo again if we come back to the island.

Good spot, Had friends coming in from far. Plenty of room, nice pool. Will come again. Hosts were responsive and pantry was full.

House was wonderful we had a great time in the pool and really closed down the beach. House was really clean and beautiful. We will definitely stay there again

Great place, very cozy felt just right being at home. Even when Saida Suites has its years functioning the apartment is totally Renewed, very well equipped and with everything functioning perfectly.

Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were amazing and so quick to respond to all questions. Provided so much information up front that made our check in, time there and check out so easy. Would highly recommend. If we come back would 100% stay in the same unit!

Our family of four stayed for spring break and this place was great! We enjoyed having the beach and pool/hot tub area so close. It was clean, kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the nights were quiet. The ocean view each day was amazing!
