This is a great condo right by the beach and pool. Even being poolside it was very quiet indoors when the pool was full of people. It’s in the perfect location to walk to restaurants.

The condo we rented from BOVR was very clean and roomy. The decor was beachy and fun. And the property is well maintained with a nice pool area and access directly to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a good air B and B. A great location with a view of the ocean and very short walk to the beach. The building has gated parking, which is also nice, and is adjacent to a walking/bike trail.

We rented this property with ease. The owner/manager was very easy to contact and work with. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very comfortable for the three couples.

This condo is the way to go. We were So happy with everything. Comes with basically everything you need in the condo. Will stay here again for sure. The private resort makes you feel safe and super short 1 min walk to the beach is amazing.

Rod and Rosa have a sweet, well thought out place for families! They were very helpful and communicative and the place was perfect for our 2 family stay with 4 kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic cooking necessities, even a nicely stocked spice rack! We had a great time!

We loved staying at Landfall Tower. It was affordable and the view was amazing! We liked that we had a little kitchenette to prepare meals from time to time during our stay. And we were within a few blocks of the beach. Highly reommended.

Contemporary, updated and well maintained 2bed/2bath condo in south padre island. The tennis courts, multiple pools, including some that were heated, beachfront location with stunning views can’t be beat.

We loved the ocean theme decor inside the home with the ocean across the street and the backyard oasis. The place was spotless and warm environment. We loved it so much, we hope to be back again next year.

This is our third year in this condo. The condo is very nice. The rental service if you have a problem are quick to solve the problem. The furnishing are good but the front room couch and chair are showing their wear. Bed is very comfortable

We’ve been to South Padre several times and this was by far our favorite. The condo has a wonderful design with space for everyone. Well stocked, very clean, and equipped. Communication, check in and check out were all on point. Can’t say enough. We’ll definitely come back and look forward to our stay here.

We stay at ocean vista every time different units, this one was nice , clean. Decor not as modern as some but I am not there to spend time looking at decor, I love the beach . And it was a comfortable unit .

We had a great stay a Rod & Rosa’s place. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds The entire condo complex is nice and well cared for. Great location for easy beach access and close to restaurants and stores. I hope this place is available for next visit to SPI.
