Great experience! We absolutely loved the pool. Plenty of room for everyone and just a short walk to the beach.

This place is wonderful. Being able to stay here was a blast and they have all the amenities that you could need. The couches are also really comfortable to sleep on. Lots of space also!

This was a beautiful place to stay! Perfectly housed 3 adults and 4 children. Waking distance to the beach and pools. All staff of the establishment were friendly and this property was close to restaurants and fun things to do! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

First time visiting South Padre and the condo was great! Walking distance to the beach and some local food places as well. They also have a nice pool that you have access to. The hosts are super responsive and very friendly. Overall super clean amenities and definitely will be staying here again!

Everything was as described—-great deal for great location—was one issue checking in but quickly resolved.

This condo was perfect for me and my fiancé. Easy access to the beach, great views of the ocean from the balcony, and parking was easy! It was the perfect size for the two of us.

Great location; and a very spacious unit. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time at the resort and on the beach.

Rod and Rosa were very responsive and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We checked in around 5 and did have trouble getting in with the keypad, but it was resolved pretty fast! Location was great; the beach, restaurants, and nightlife was within walking distance.

Everything I needed for my 5 week stay.Super clean. Great location and great neighbors. Rebooked for next year. Rod and Rosa reached out right away to make sure everything was fine . You won’t be disappointed you book there.

The accommodations were exactly as described and clean. Since we tend to cook most of our meals, we appreciated the “extras” like the spice rack, Saran Wrap, etc.

When we arrived, two of the tvs were on showing sea life and beautiful waters. It was very calming and also something that was very pleasant.

Very clean, modern, and spacious. Central access on the island. Easy access in and out of the apartment/condo.. The price (especially off-season) was very good considering the space and amenities. We would definitely stay here again. All communication from the owner is clear and proactive. Thank you!

We’ve stayed at many condos on SPI and this is our new favorite! Great gated condo with easy elevator access to the 6th floor. Keyless entry, so easy. The condo had everything we needed and more. The linens were fresh and the entire place was sparkling. Will return!

Excellent stay. Entire facility was kept very clean throughout, even after a storm. Great view, ease of accessibility with elevator, nearby trash chute. Spacious rooms, very responsive hosts.

Rod and Rosa did a great job hosting they were very responsive with anything we needed. The home was very comfortable and spacious and located in a nice area. I would definitely recommend their service and home to anyone needing a large home.

We stayed here as one of our condos for our family. Clean, great views of the ocean and convenient to the elevator. The wash machine and dryer are a major plus. The Tiki Bar at the main pool is a great service as well
