Awesome Fiesta in the Middle of it ALL!

A cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the middle of all the Island action!! Just steps to all the entertainment district has to offer, restaurants, bars, live music, green parks, shopping, jet skis, dinner or sunset cruises, electric rental boats, go kart track, mini golf and much more!! NEW as of March 2022, a full size sofa bed, now sleeps 6. Located on East Amberjack street is the perfect location. Only one half block walk to the beach. 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with everything you need, a small concrete "backyard," a shared pool area. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

The owners of Fiesta Sol #112 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Parking pass needed. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests in the house. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We accept pets with a required $100/ per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed in the dumpster on the east side in between the 2 buildings. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without refund .

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings "only" are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of "your" choice of a Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"This was my 1st visit to South Padre and location for perfect for me. Everything that I needed was in a 2 block area, but we definitely explored the whole island. A block and a half to the left and you are at the boardwalk - rides, bars, restaurants, including food trucks, and perfect view of the bay for the sunset & fireworks. A block and a half to the right and you have access to beautiful gulf beach. We ended up getting a golf cart rental from Beach Club at the end of block to explore the rest of the island - that was very handy. The accommodations complimented our whole stay - it was very welcoming from when we walked in from the beach towels to having rental bikes, boogie boards and a cart waiting for us. The place was very clean and with plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need should you decide to stay in. For foodies, be sure to hit up the Meatball Cafe and the Baked Bear - both are within a block.

"This location had it's own designated parking spot directly in front which was super helpful. It was very spacious and had everything we needed and then some. It is located less than 2 minutes from the beach and a ton of eateries! We cannot wait to come back! The hosts were in constant communication and responded right away. "Loved where I stayed at , it looked exactly in the photos ! It already had bathroom and kitchen materials (like paper towels and toilet paper for restrooms) . No problems with getting to the air bnb except on my end because of maps but it was very quick to find :)! Would love to stay there again in the near future!

"Just had a 5 day stay at Rod and Rosa’s. We were very pleased with our stay. They were very responsive and helpful. We did not have any issues with the condo that I had to contact them about. Their condo was nicely decorated, clean, plenty of space, pet friendly, and had all the necessary kitchen utensils for our stay. Things you should know- the condo is on the first floor but does have stairs you have to walk up that are a little taller than normal steps. The showers had great water pressure, I was very pleased. You get 2 parking passes, each spot allows for 2 cars to park behind each other, spots are in front of the condos but not assigned. We didn’t have any issues finding parking. Many options for food just down the block- we tried The Meatball Cafe (Italian), KIC’s (Ice cream, Karma (Coffee), and Wing Stop. Beach Access #7 is also around the corner from the condo. Blue Marlin is 3 blocks over for all your grocery needs. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

"Perfect size for a family with 2 adults and 2 teens. 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach, amazing pizza place and coffee shop on the same street. Close to the go-karts, Minigolf and Ferris wheel. We rented a golf cart and everything we wanted to see was equal distance from the place. Having the basics was great too so we didn’t have to exclusively eat out the whole weekend. Rod and Rosa communicated thoroughly. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process for my first VRBO.

"Rob and Rosa condo was a great place to stay! It was close to many restraunts and things to do. Their place felt like home...the Hosts were amazing in communication within minutes. what I Most appreciated was it was my daughter's request to stay later than planned as it was her 18th birthday weekend and she wanted to go snorkeling and few other excursions and i was calling around looking for last minute stays for the day only since we were supposed to check out that morning...they accommodated the day for us and we didn't have to haul our things to another location! Thank you for making it special for the both of us! God bless yall in full!

"Although our stay was way too short and Mother Nature decided to play naughty on our arrival, this property was just as described - In the Middle of It All! The condo was perfect for us as a couple but would comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are a must for just the two of us (husband snores sometimes - LOL);. The beach access was literally half a block away. The condo was so comfortable and clean and perfect for our too short of a stay. We will definitely be back and recommend this property highly.

"Rod and Rosa's place was pleasant and very accessible for getting to the beach and nearby restaurants. We had enough towels and kitchen supplies to last our entire trip. The place was clean, decorated nicely. The master bed was comfy (we didn't use the other bed). I would recommend this place to others when visiting/vacationing SouthPadre. They check up on you to make sure things are going alright.

Nice place, truly in the middle of everything

"We stayed here for 4 days, it was two of us, kiddo and the dog. The description of the property is pretty accurate - it is half a block away from beach access 5 and 6. Both beach accesses have small parking lots but there was always parking available, and we are definitely not early risers. The kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil needed. It did not have salt & pepper but the hosts were quick to respond and offered to replenish (definitely a plus). The place had beach towels and chairs. Towels were good quality and big, beach chairs were ok (they really lean too far back). When we checked in there were 5 air fresheners plugged in and the scent was too overwhelming. I was worried that it was an attempt to mask some terrible smell, but that was not the case :-) The place did not have any bad smells after the fresheners were unplugged for a while. Another plus is that the apartment is on the lowest level (just a few stairs to reach the door) so you can walk from your car directly into the apartment. It is far enough from the pool to where you can't hear anything going on there. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. We would stay here again, for sure.

"Great place. Great hosts and great location. It is worth your investment. This place is in the middle of everything. Half a block away is the beach access. Also less than one block the opposite side you have all the restaurants and most of the island attractions. You literally do not need a car yo be within 3 walking minutes to the beach or to restaurants and attractions. Will definitely be back.

"Rod & Rosa were amazing hosts! They would respond to any questions or inquiries about the Condo or South Padre in a matter of minutes. The whole condo was beautifully decorated and there was a nice atmosphere within it. Everything was clean and well laid out too. The Condo itself is not far at all from the beach and it is in a nice isolated street which leads to easy access to the hub of the island. Overall, it was an amazing time.

"This place is fantastic! Right in the middle of it all is the best description. Restaurants, beach, shopping. This place was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very nice touch providing beach towels and beach chairs. The check in process was easy and communication was very good.I highly recommend this place as your vacation experience headquarters.

"Excellent stay! Very spacious and perfect walking distance access to the beach. Easy to walk to shops/food/etc. Very clean, excellent communication, and easy check-in. Kitchen is fully stalked. This was super helpful since we cooked a lot of meals and brought some kitchen items just in case, but didn’t need to use them. The steps walking to the front door are steep. The entire condominium is designed this way, it’s not specific to this unit. The only reason I mention is because we traveled with our infant and experienced lots of rain. We had to be very careful walking up and down the steps. Also something to consider if you have any physical ailments or traveling with and elderly adult, particularly if your unit is located on second or third floor. Manageable for this first floor unit. Overall, I would highly recommend and book again in the future.

"We had a great time on our stay, the Condo was nice, it’s close to the beach you can easily walk there I recommend bringing a beach wagon to tote your stuff back and forth, the furniture was comfortable enough. Great restaurant near by the two meals we had was at Dirty Al’s and Yumyums.

Regarding the washer and dryer, I looked back and forth in our Airbnb listing to see where we say the unit has a washer and dryer because we purposely do not list the unit having one. We do not want to confuse our guests. The good news is that there is a coin laundromat just a few steps from the unit, which comes very handy for those that want to do a quick wash while they are on vacay!!
