The kitchen is equipped with top-notch stainless steel appliances, and the bedroom includes a king-sized bed, complemented by a queen pullout sofa bed in the living area. The Blue Bungalow offers air-conditioned rooms and complimentary WiFi. Its spacious balcony, ideal for witnessing breathtaking sunrises, sets it apart from other units, providing a sensation akin to cruising on a boat. The community amenities include under-roof parking, a pool, an adults pool and a hot tub. Plan a visit to our Blue Bungalow today! IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Inverness #503 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 3 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed inside the dumpster or the trash chute on your floor. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

"Nice comfy condo. Very easy check in and out. Huge ocean facing deck with an incredible view. Comfy couch in front of the sliding window so you have the great view in the A/C when it gets too hot. The air conditioning worked great in 98 degree very humid weather. The condo has an adult only hot tub and also a family friendly pool/hot tub with ocean views. Its a smaller unit but perfect for 2 or 3. Ceiling fans kept the air moving as well. Clean washer and dryer (not in unit) a few doors down for a small fee. Great easy access to the beach with provided key fob. We hope to stay there again.

"We had a fantastic time here. There are not a ton of restaurants within walking distance but we had a car and the free covered parking was perfect. The access to the beach was very easy. our specific unit was well decorated and supplied. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental!

"This was exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. Blue Ocean had the rental unit all set up for us before we arrived! Beautiful views of the ocean and very comfortable condo for us to enjoy! The portal was easy to navigate with a ton of helpful information about the unit and things to go on the island. We are already planning our next adventure and plan to stay on another Blue Ocean rental unit.

"Rod and Rosa’s place was great! They provide an awesome guidebook upon rental. It didn’t fully cover how to get in after hours and it was a bit confusing on how to get into the building because the doors are locked (great for a bit of safety check) but they do leave the driveway doors in the parking garage open so we ended up going through there to get to the elevator. This place was perfect for our small family! The large balcony and the direct beach access, PERFECTION, worth every penny to stay here. They even had some beach chairs/toys for our kiddo to use (no umbrella tho). We didn’t love the firmness of the bed but that was a personal preference. Blackout curtains in the bedroom . The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. They have both a Keurig and coffee pot,FYI. There was a good amount of towels/wash cloths for use. Everything seemed mostly clean there were a few things that needed attention but nothing that I couldn’t handle. Overall we loved it and would stay again!

"This place could not have been better. Super close to good food and bars. Not to mention the beach is just steps away. The place was clean and very well kept. We felt safe and comfortable. It was just my boyfriend and I and it was perfect. The bed is on the firm side, I like soft, but that’s just preference. Overall it is a total 10/10. We had a great time and already planning when to go back. The hosts were kind and kept in touch throughout the trip which was appreciated. Can’t thank them enough for lending us their beautiful home.

"Can’t say enough about how great this place was! The view to the gulf is unmatched. Easy beach access. Rod and Rosa were great host. Perfect for a couple and 1-2 kids. "Rod and Rosa’s condo was exactly what we needed. They are so responsive and good communicators. The space was well stocked with everything you’d need for your stay (maybe bring a few extra rolls of TP). We walked up and down the beach and I can honestly say this is the absolute best part of it IMO. When we go we always try to stay in this area. It gets quite crowded both north and south. You’ll have no problem setting up for the day. The room is super easy to access if you need to run up for anything. We’ll be back and try to stay in this unit again.

"Rod and Rosa were very communicative and were flexible when we ran into a small hiccup during check out (wasn’t their fault or ours). The view made the stay completely worth it. "Perfect for a couple! Second time at this location and this unit is the best. Updated decor is very “beachy”. The view of the Gulf from your balcony is fantastic! It’s as if you are sitting on the beach!! Sunrises are spectacular! Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!

"The condo was a wonderful experience. The appliances are current, and the furniture was comfortable. The view is spectacular! Our only snafu was the only operating elevator was down for about a half day, so had to use the stairs. This was not a problem as we needed the exercise anyways, and the elevator was back in service when we needed to vacate and haul our belongings down. The building is a bit older, so this is expected to happen from time to time. We will definiately be returning to this property when we can.

"This place was a perfect spring break getaway for my wife and I (she’s a teacher and definitely needed it!!!). It was our first time to South Padre Island and this was a great experience. This condo building is right on the beach, but to be honest… we spent more time on the blue chairs on the patio looking at the ocean and sipping coffee than down on the beach. The condo was perfect for the two of us with a comfy bed and the amenities we needed to stay in and cook meals. Lastly, Rod and Rosa are super amazing hosts. I wanted to have a small surprise waiting for my wife of her favorite coffee and since we were flying in it would be hard to surprise her. They helped me out by letting me ship it to them and then they put it in the place for us. She saw the package on the table and was amazed. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond.

"Our condo, located on the Gulf, had an amazing view, especially from the large balcony. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well stocked, but there was a very limited supply of toilet paper and toweling. We would have appreciated some card or board games to play inside, but there were lots of beach toys in the balcony chest. Inverness itself needs lots of improvements: only one elevator was working, the entrance to the beach was very dirty (no boardwalk), and the garage parking was too tight for a pickup or large SUV.

"We had a great time while staying at this condo. Space was perfect for my wife and I and the morning sunsets and access to the beach was great. Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful thru the entire process. We did have a few issues with the facility but these were outside of the owners control.

"What a beautiful place. The balcony view was awesome. It was like being on the beach without getting sandy. We sat out there for hours. Getting to the beach was easy, just down the elevator and you are out on the sand. The actual condo was beautifully appointed. What a calm restful place. It was also very easy to get to a lot of different places to eat. We really enjoyed getting your welcome to the Island text and link as it provided a lot of useful information. Check in and check out was a breeze. Anyone would love this place.

"The condo seems newly remodeled and very nicely done. It is updated and very modern. It has everything you need. "I had stayed in this condo several times under previous ownership, but Blue Ocean has made it even better. There is not a single thing I would change. There is not a single thing that could make it better. Spacious, clean and everything in working order, an incredible balcony, and a perfect location. But that's not all. Rod and Rosa are perfect hosts. I had car trouble when it came time to depart and within MINUTES, Rod and Rosa sent help that got me on my way. They didn't have to do that. But they did. Next time I visit SPI, and it will be soon, I won't even think of staying anywhere else. Do yourselves a favor.
