This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental offers stunning ocean views from its balcony. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a private bathroom, and its own ocean view. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds. The living area and master bedroom are furnished with 42" flat screen HD TVs. Stay connected with the provided WIFI and enjoy the convenience of towels and bed linens being provided. The property also offers fantastic amenities such as an outdoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, and playground. Tennis and basketball courts are available for those looking to stay active. The complex is secured with gated access for added peace of mind. Located on the ground floor, this vacation rental provides easy access to both the beach and the pool. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. Please note that the homeowner's association does not allow Spring Break groups. Additionally, if you have two dogs weighing a maximum of 25 pounds each, you can bring them along for a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per dog. With its prime location, you can easily walk to the island's best restaurants and shops. IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #105 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We accept 2 small dogs in our property with a charge of $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side ot the parking lot or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

11. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service at all hours. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"My wife and two children had such a wonderful stay. Both our kids are under 5 and the location next to the pool and the short walk to the beach made the life so easy on me and my wife. The unit was generous with the amount of beach towel they provided and there was an incredible supply of beach supplies to keep the kids happy. The open kitchen and large dining table were fantastic. Bathrooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Rod and Rosa were fantastic hosts. The communication from the time we set up the trip all the way through checkout was great. We cannot wait to be back.

"This place is great! Highly recommend it for you. We have stayed here twice and my grandkids have loved it. Close to swimming pool and beach, quiet and secure. All the amenities provided are great. Don't have any complaints after staying twice for a week at a time. Rod & Rosa are great hosts and respond quickly to all concerns and questions! Loved it and will be back!

"Everything was easy: unloading luggage steps from the condo's door. Pool, steps from condo's terrace. Beach access steps from condo's terrace. Lots of beach toys, chairs, gear (you won't have to spend $ buying these). Everything was great. Will be looking to book this condo when we come to SPI moving fwd.

"This by far was one of our favorite stays! Rod and Rosa have provided a very clean and quaint place to stay on South Padre Island . On top of a very clean and updated condo, there are many amenities within walking distance, a private entrance to the beach, easy parking, and well kept grounds. Our kids enjoyed the proximity of the pool and the playground on the tower grounds as well! The pet area was spotless and in excellent condition as well. Perfect peaceful place for a family vacation.

"Would definitely stay here again! We were put in a really tough spot that left us looking for a place day-of, on Christmas Eve of all days. Rod and Rosa were responsive, kind, and helpful. They accommodated us with an early, easy check in. The place was great - clean, welcoming, and had everything we could’ve needed. The pool-front/ocean-front view was excellent, with easy access to the jacuzzi on an unexpectedly cold trip. In addition to the unit being on the ground floor, there were hand rails in the showers which was very nice for my elderly grandparents. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone!

"Traveling with a dog limits your stays. After researching, I finally decided on this place. What a great location. It's a 12 level condo but having access on the ground floor with a KING size bed was amazing. The pool access/view from the condo & short distance to the beach is perfect. The building is older but condo owners have done some updates. It is very comfortable & clean. I was able to walk barefoot which I don't normally do unless it's my home. There were plenty of plush towels; washer/dryer & dishwasher (which are a huge plus for me). Never had maintenance issues (reported minor things as people complain but never report them) The grounds/maintenance personnel keep that place in tip top shape. They clean the pool everyday (which is how it should be). I'd definitely stay there again. Oh and people are friendly at South Padre! Keep Texas friendly the way I remember it.

"My family absolutely loved our stay at Rod & Rosa's! We come out to SPI every August, and this was by far our favorite AirBnb! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, and the condo was very cleanly with an abundance of fresh beach and bath towels. The first floor location was extremely convenient for pool access and beach access (literally steps away). The complex was very quiet and peaceful -- probably due to Summer ending and everyone being back in school -- but it was so so amazing! My family is looking forward to coming back and staying here again in the future years.

"Beautifully decorated/furnished ideal first floor condo, walk right out to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Beach chairs/toys etc provided as well as start up toiletries and kitchen essentials. We cook our meals and the kitchen has everything you need to do so. The staff are all friendly and helpful. "This little slice of heaven is a must! Beach and pool is right out side the back door. Has all you needs to be able to cook with, do laundry, coffee pot and kurig. We enjoyed cooking our own meals. Pirates landing in Port Isabell is a must to go eat at. And the dolphin watch is a must! So much to do or just hang out. Only negative the master suite bed needs a pillow topper as it was hard. It’s a preference really.

"We had a great time at Ocean Vista Tower 105. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The condo is very well maintained and clean and being its on the 1st floor was very convenient! Would absolutely recommend to anyone to stay there!

"This is a great condo right by the beach and pool. Even being poolside it was very quiet indoors when the pool was full of people. It’s in the perfect location to walk to restaurants.

"Place is great. Great beach access. House was real nice. King bed had a really loud creaking noise and hard to sleep on, also one of the toilets was real wobbly. The weather was still cold the whole time we were there so it would’ve been nice to swim in a heated pool but the pool and jacuzzi wasn’t heated only the kiddy pool was heated. Other than that, the place was super clean, had everything we needed and host responds quickly.

"Perfect for our family. The location was great. The grandkids enjoyed the heated kiddie pool as well as the beach. Beach toys, chairs and towels were a definite plus! The kitchen could have used a few more pans and serving bowls but we managed between the two units we had. Anyone sleeping on the hide a bed needs to be aware that the light from the pool area comes in. Perhaps a privacy curtain? The dryer was squeaky but did the job. The beds were comfy and the towels and sheets soft. We would love to stay here again!!!!

"The condo has an absolutely perfect location for beach, pool and South Padre City activities. We walked right out the sliding door to the pool, only a few steps to the beach and the ocean. Even though it was a ground level condo, you can see the ocean over the dunes...beautiful. The bedrooms were large and had plenty of room. Kitchen had just what you needed for cooking. Towels, beach chairs, beach toys were like new. Communications were prompt and polite. The grounds keepers cleaned constantly and were so nice to visit with. Thank you!

"This is the coolest place ub the entire building. EVERYTHING is supplied so you don't have to bring ANYTHING! All the towels, dishes, beach chairs & beach umbrellas! Cable, Netflix, Hulu, basically anything you could ask for. There were 8 if us & we had more than enough room. This place will make memories that last a lifetime.

"Great location. I would probably say the most ideal Condo in the entire condominium. It's on the first floor and perfect view and accessibility of the beach and pool. In the central part of the island. The only downside is the beds are very uncomfortable.

"It has amazing spot right in-front of the ocean. There is hot-top and pool out side of the balcony. Hosts are very responsive. Well decorated place. Great Stay at Ocean Vista – Pool Side!

"We were able to check in much earlier that day which was SO nice and accommodating of the owner. The location was great - right by the pool and convenient to the parking lot. AMAZING beach access. The unit was updated and beds were all very comfortable. Lots of beach equipment, extra towels, beach chairs, etc. We had some WiFi issues which normally wouldn't be an issue but both my husband and I were working during the day. The owner responded promptly - I think it's just being at Ocean Vista as we had the issue with another unit we stayed in. My one complaint was that some of the dishes/utensils were dirty and cutlery was lacking (so bring your own if you intend to chop anything!). There was also the convenience of a washer/dryer which is awesome! Overall a very nice experience!!! I would highly recommend this unit!

"My family of 5 had a great time in this great unit. The access to the beach and the pool, and ocean view simply can't be beat. It's a block from the only real grocery store store on the island, which is handy, as well as the main drag and all the shopping and restaurants you'll need, within walking distance. There was an umbrella and chairs for the beach, and even a couple of boogie boards which were great. Adding a grill to the patio would be nice addition. Otherwise, everything you need, comfy beds, washer/dryer, great kitchen, and large flat screens with cable and roku. There is also a pretty nice rainbow playground set outside in a common grassy area with a cool little soccer goal. My only gripe was that the pool hours don't start until 9 am, which seems ridiculous.. and on our last day it didn't open until closer to 10 am.

Perfect location

"Two adults and three kids. Plenty of room for us. Loved being able to walk right out the door and go to the beach. Being on the first floor still gave us a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and nice. Only draw back was our AT&T phone service did not work inside the condo. We had to go outside to use the phone. Which in a way for us it was nice to disconnect for the weekend. The internet did work fine though. Calling in advance and having them set up umbrellas and chairs for your room seemed like the way to go rather than tote the big canopy to the beach. Will look into that next time we stay. I like how it had a gated parking lot for extra security. All in all we loved it and will definitely be staying again hopefully soon.

"Overall the condo was fantastic! It was a very clean property with a great location! Very close to the local supermarket restaurants coffee shops and cvs. It was a friendly place to stay with easy check in and out. It was a wonderful added bonus to have the property provide beach chairs and an umbrella for our use at the beach, we only needed our cooler. Everything in the unit worked properly and we enjoyed our stay and look forward to possible future trips here. I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing family friendly place to stay in south Padre. Very convenient to have the pool and jacuzzi as close as it was for those times after the beach to cool off and relax, our enjoyed it very much!
