Saida IV Condominiums is a building in the Saida Resort complex at South Padre Island, TX. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts. The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 3rd floor. There's a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place. The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there's deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There's always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you'll come choose to stay in our relaxing "Little piece of South Padre Island", down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Saida IV #302 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome for $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"Another year in this condo and it didn’t disappoint. Beautifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys, including chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and floats! Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for my grown children and their children. We had a total of 7 adults a 3yr old and 2 toddlers and the large dinning room table and counter provided plenty of room for us to gather around. Beds were comfy too. Great access to the beach being so close made easy to go back to the room to grab something! Rod and Rosa super responsive and great hosts. This is the place to stay! My family loved it!

"This rental was one of the best we have stayed at. Unit was extremely clean and had all necessities in the kitchen. We appreciated the extra pool towels and the ample space the unit provided. We spent family time around the family size table and enjoyed watching movies in the evening on the big comfy couch. The pool was huge and never felt crowded, pool bar a plus! Of course, we can't forget the view, which was also amazing! The beds were comfortable and was more than enough space for our family. Great memories were made, and we hope to visit again!

"Extremely nice, well taken care of place! Easy access to the main Blvd as well as a path to the beach. Three pools to choose from, although they get busy, its never too crowded. One tip for first time goers… these hosts provide almost everything you need for a beach day (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys for the kids), I had already rented extras but I really didn’t need it for my family of six. Truly a great experience because of such a great accommodation. Thank you!!

"Rosa was great! The condo was great! The stay was great! The price is kind of steep. Will not rent beach equipment again. Not practical, never put up the tarp cover and most of this is available with the condo. Other than that it was mostly good.

"We were a family of 6 (grandparents, parents, 11 and 9 year old) flying in from Minnesota for a week on the beach. This is the perfect place to stay if you are flying. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. The beds are clean and comfortable. There were plenty of clean plush linens. We all made good use of the great tennis equipment, games, and all of the beach toys .The washer and dryer are great. The beach towels are large and soft. It was all just a relaxing carefree experience. Next time I would pack a few dishwasher pods and laundry pods because you really do get only 2 of each!

"Absolutely a beautiful place with the most spacious kitchen and wonderful view of the ocean. "We had a wonderful stay. The Resort itself had some horrible reviews but Rod & Rosa’s place had great reviews and it did not disappoint! The Condo was very clean and absolutely beautiful! We had some difficulty get into the Condo but they were very quick to respond and fix the issue. We had some water issues on our last day and building management was not answering or responsive so I reached out once again and although the situation was out of their control they did what they could to get us answers! We come to South Padre every year and this stay went absolutely wonderful!

"It was a beautiful spot! The view was great, the walkability made it easy, lots of pool options, wonderfully designed/laid out. However, the guest bathroom smelled awfully like sewer after anyone took a shower. When it came to having a house of more than 6 people, that made it incredibly difficult, especially when you have children. It got so bad that the smell permeated the house. We all had to use the master bedroom shower. I hope this gets fixed soon, because we would like to return, as it is truly a beautiful and comfortable space.

Have you asked yourself why? Because parking on the island is very limited. If all the condos bring 3 cars, we would have to park them on the roads. We are a very small island, with lots of highrise buildings. We have to limit the parking on the high demand seasons like this one you came. "We started with 2 very small issues that were quickly addressed by the wonderful hosts, as always. We returned to this property because everyone had such a wonderful time the last time we stayed and it never disappoints! You are so close to the beach you can listen to the waves at night— and all the pools are even closer. We ate in a few times since everything you can ever need to prepare a dish is in the kitchen.It's beautiful, immaculate and just feels super cozy. The condo is close to EVERYTHING. "The condo was clean, well furnished, and had a nice view. Everything was quite and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. Appliances all worked. Showers were good. "The condo (unit #302) had everything we needed and was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. A special thanks to Rod and Rosa for resolving an issue earlier in the week (at another resort), and quickly got our vacation back on track. We especially liked the balcony where we could have our morning coffee as well as a glass of wine in the evening. The furniture was also very comfortable. We will definitely use Blue Ocean Vacation again for future visits to the island because this team is very responsive and understands what good customer service is all about.

"Very nice Airbnb, the condo is much bigger than I thought. Heated community pool was definitely a plus since the weather at night was still cool. "We stayed at Saida for spring break and would highly recommend the condo. It is spacious, clean and has a great location - especially to avoid the traditional spring break crowd. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a short term rental. And the management company was very responsive. We travelled with my 80 year old mother who has mobility issues and she was able to get around the condo and the complex with no issues. We will stay there again.

"Thanksgiving 2022 Beach Condo Review This great condo was everything it was advertised to be!! Very well appointed, plenty of room for 6 full grown bodies to comfortably coexist, close walk to beach access, beautiful 3 rd floor view of gulf and complex. Kitchen layout allows multiple people to have ample room while doing meal prep. And they provided plenty of “beach toys” & chairs with a convenient pull-cart transport—NICE! Our hosts were very easy to deal with and were extremely responsive when we reached out to them…we did not have to reach very often!! Overall wonderful experience!! We highly recommend!!! "Close to the beach with wonderful view from the balcony. Rod and Rosa were quick to respond to my questions and requests. Accommodations were nice and the beds were comfortable. South Padre Island is not the mainland. We have poor service from Spectrum, the Laguna Madre Water District, and even the electric company. The wind blows, we are without service. It rains a little, we are without service. The good part is that is temporarily and very soon, we are back to normal again. You are lucky if this never has happened to you in the city you reside. "This experience couldn't have been any better. The unit was immaculately cleaned, and completely spacious enough even when we had some additional family show up (8 total for some meals). "Spotless place with a magnificent view. Rod and Rosa were very attentive and quick to respond to a couple of issues we had. Very spacious and right next to the beach. "The condo was perfect for our family. Very spacious and third floor view was beautiful, not too high so we could still use the stairs. Easy short access to the beach and pool. Great for small children because the balcony is huge and had protective netting put up. We didn't lack for anything, the condo was very well stocked. You don't need beach chairs or a beach wagon with toys, it was all there. We will definitely be back!

"Rod&Rosa were very accommodating and attentive. They answered our messages very quickly. The property is in great condition. You don't expect it to look like the photos when you first get there but it does! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. If you need anything you will probably find it in a cabinet! There was an iron, blow dryer, hamper, luggage rack, extra blankets in all the drawers and some extra supplies. We had 3 generations on our trip and they all loved it. The kids actually liked quiet time after 11pm to watch movies but grandma never seemed to be able to adhere to it. lol Padre Island plumbing across the entire island tends to have a smell—be prepared for that because it's the norm. You are permitted 2 cars and any others will have to park offsite in the Park and Ride across from Coast to Coast Beachwear store in the nearby shopping strip. We also left a flash drive behind and I contacted them right away. They said they would check if it was still there for me which is great. We had great time and will return again! TIPS: Go north for food. Go see "Big" at the Grapevine Coffee house and Cafe. HE IS WONDERFUL and food is terrific!!! Try something new—the large tacos are HUGE. YOU MUST go to Longboard bar and grill—MUST!!! It's on deck so watch the weather. Take a walk on Pirates Landing Fishing Pier ANYTIME by going though the 24 hr store—they'll even rent you a rod if you want to go fishing.( Restaurant is for tourist... not great , frozen foods but maybe nice for drinks) THANK YOU ROD & ROSA FOR A TERRIFIC STAY!!

"From the moment we walked into the condo we knew we picked the right place to stay for our trip to South Padre Island! Rod and Rosa were so helpful when I lost the check in info and quickly answered every question I had. They also went above and beyond to help me with some kid items that I needed. They provided a high chair and pack n play for us! They even provided a super comfy addition to the pack n play! The condo was wonderfully stocked with basic necessities, cooking utensils, spices, and even some odds and ends that we totally didn’t think about getting. They also provided ample amounts of beach items! Enough chairs for our entire family (there were 4 adults and 6 kids!), tons of beach toys, towels and even a wagon to pull them with. There were board games, puzzles, dominos, tennis supplies and much much more! The beds were so comfy and tons of pillows and blankets available. Now let’s talk about that view! The view was a completely unobstructed view of the beautiful beach. We spent every morning on the balcony watching the sunrise and having quality family time. The beach is beautiful and not too packed. One thing to know is that the sand and walkway gets EXTREMELY hot during the day so be sure to wear shoes until you get to the wet sand! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and will be adding it to our must stay list! It was extremely clean when we arrived and very spacious! The condo complex was also Extremely quiet! I don’t think we heard a single person while we were there. Great job Rod and Rosa for providing an amazing place to stay! The Chavez and Gutierrez families!

"Great location & view of the beach! The kitchen was stocked with a keurig coffee maker/coffee pot duo. Basic spices, oil, and sugar were even available. The balcony has some added fencing protection which was great for our 2 year old and small dog! The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels (regular and beach towels), games, beach toys, beach chairs and a wagon! We loved our week long stay here and would definitely stay again! :)

"We were looking forward to our time in SPI and the condo did not disappoint! It really is that beautiful and the views are amazing! We brought our 3 teenagers and even they had a great time! Rod was great about getting back to us quickly. We had a water issue and he got right back with us, plus left a gift card for our trouble. If you can, rent the golf carts. They’re super fun to ride around on! Plus, getting around the island is easier on one. No matter where we went, stores, restaurants etc…people were so friendly. We always had great service. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here.

"Great accommodations--nice living area and bedrooms; kitchen is fully stocked with even a griddle and electric fry pan (not just the regular stuff). Beds are comfy and showers worked well too. It is right on the beach with a private walkway. The security is great with a guard on the premises after dark and gated access both from the road and beach. Hosts were responsive to request for more trash bags. I brought more paper towels so running out of those didn't happen. So many extras provided....beach chairs, beach wagon, noodles too. Also discovered (on the last night) a cabinet with tennis rackets, games, puzzles, playing cards. Wish I had discovered it earlier. Very dog friendly property with doggy stations located throughout the grounds with bags and disposal cans. We traveled with three dogs, so that was a plus. Also liked the safety netting on the balcony railing so we didn't have to worry about the smaller dogs going through; also perfect for those with kiddos. Pools were nice too--three of those, two small and one large. If I had found the tennis rackets sooner we would have tried out the tennis courts too! They looked well maintained, like the rest of the grounds. We enjoyed our stay and will book again!

"Rod and Rosa's place is in a great location! The unit is clean, well-stocked with everything you need and more (the kitchen is very well-stocked with even specialty cooking appliances). It is also spacious: 3 big bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of towels and linens. The beach is just in front of the condo complex. Three pools and a number of tennis courts right outside the unit. Communication was prompt and we lacked for nothing. Will re-book when we return to SPI :)!

"Beautiful home! Everything was perfect! The furniture, the decor, the location, the views, everything! We couldn't have had a better time. Plenty of towels, dishes, beach accessories, we even utilized the tennis rackets (it was my first time playing). The beach access was convenient, the pools and hot tubs were great. The only downfall to this amazing place was having to leave! We felt so comfortable it was almost as good as home. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, amazing beachfront property, this is it! I was a little hesitant because we have only ever rented stand alone houses not condo's, but we couldn't even tell that their were people around us and it was well worth it to get the "resort" feel.

"OMG. This place was truly amazing. The pictures didn't do this place justice. Can I just say that I have been to many Air bnb's and I promise you they did an amazing job. Rod and Rosa truly thought about everything a family may need. I loved my view of the Pools, Beach and Tennis Court. In the house the rooms are extremely spacious so no clutter. My little ones were in love with mirror in the living room. (Conceited much lol) I felt really safe especially since there is 24hr security. A few steps away is a small shopping plaza with a pizza, Japanese and Slushy spots. There is also a souvenir spot as well. We are definitely making this our yearly vacation spot. Rod and Rosa truly made our 10 year Anniversary a trip to remember. Thanks

"Great stay! My family’s first time on SPI, so not sure what to expect. The condo is VERY well furnished, clean, and conveniently located, with all the things you need. The grounds were very clean and the pools were great. Easy access to the beach. We had a little hiccup with wristbands after check-in, and the hosts resolved it in less than an hour! Great hosts, would stay again!

"The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was beautiful and was perfect for our family. It was equipped with pretty much everything you need. "The pictures are completely accurate and the proximity to the beach is amazing. The amenities on the resort property are unbeatable and the pools were never overcrowded when we were there over Thanksgiving week. All of the bedding and towels are good quality and this felt like someone's home, not just a rental. Our stay was great and we highly recommend you staying here too. We looked at almost every 3 bed/2 bath condo on the island before we booked and this really is an amazing option.

"We traveled by car to SPI and were so happy that we did not have to bring beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards with us. We are usually very picky on our condo due to my son having dander allergies and asthma. This unit sparkled. We were extremely happy to see all the TV instructions as we usually have to reach out to the owners for HELP. There was a suggestion book of places to eat and we wanted to help SPI economy with meals to go. By far Prier 19 and Ceviche Ceviche rocked and were extremely close to the unit. The unit is only on the 3rd floor so we got some needed exercise. We could no have been happier for our jaunt to the beach.

"If you expect the best and choose to stay at a top-notch property this is it. The property is stylishly decorated all of the amenities are top notch the view is unbelievable and the management of the property is outstanding. "The condo was beautifully furnished, fully stocked and in the right location. The pools are awesome and the beach access is very easy to maneuver. Leave the pots and pans at home! They have everything you need!

"It was a great get away for the weekend. The place was so nice and clean. Lots of space and loved the wall of mirrors for getting ready. They even have beach equipment for their guests to use. The only slight hassle was the parking pass, only two cars allowed. But other than that, it was a great place near to beach, pool, and other fun places on the island.

"Clean, cozy and great beach location. We awoke to seeing beach waves from our windows and balcony. Plenty of space for the 5 of us with great supplies and amenities. We used the wagon and chairs on the beach and the tennis rackets on the courts! Easy parking, nice pools and quiet, friendly neighbors. Highly recommend this rental for an enjoyable stay in South Padre.

"I am very picky about where I stay, and this is an absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and spotlessly clean condo. Very recently remodeled. Great sized balcony as well to take in the gorgeous views. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The condo complex is very nice as well...multiple pools, manicured grounds, and a very short walk to the beach (5 minutes max). Great hosts who make sure you have what you need and respond quickly. We will be back. Highly recommend!

"Let me start by saying, I was expecting this to be just like any other beach condo but I was blown away! The place was stocked with beach essentials, shower/bath supplies, cooking necessities, etc. Even had tennis rackets and balls to play on the 4 pristine courts available to all. I was very pleased and my family was happy we didn’t have to worry about buying 1-time items that you typically have to buy as everything was available. Great communication and willing to handle any issues that arose. 10/10 Would Recommend.

"The owners were responsive & hospitable. The place was just as wonderful as the pictures suggested. The location is convenient & set back enough there is sufficient beachfront to enjoy. We went on a beach walk & many condos do not offer much beachfront even if they are on the water. Keep that in mind. The maintenance guys kept the property in tip top shape & security kept it safe. We enjoyed Tom& Jerry’s for a burger. We brought our own towels, but the hosts had some there, so next time we will leave ours home. The washer & dryer was so nice to have as well. The sunrises were also wonderful. One last note, the weather was 80% chance of rain on Friday & we only saw a drizzle with cloudy skies, but the weather snapped back quickly as island weather often does & it was a good time for a nap. All in all, when I visit the island again, I will choose Edwin, Mona & Rosa’s place.

"Just beautiful. Six of us had plenty of room. The condo was immaculate. Kitchen was stocked with equipment and some spices/salt/pepper/other essentials. There is a Keurig in the kitchen now, btw. "We stayed at this condo for my 30th birthday trip with 8 adults. There was plenty of space to sit together to eat and play board games without feeling like we were on top of each other. The balcony was spacious and the view was incredible! All of the furniture was very comfortable, including the beds. The property owners provided a lot of really useful stuff and we definitely took advantage of some of the beach toys and we left one of the puzzles out all week for everyone in the condo to help work on, which was a lot of fun. The walk to the beach was nice and short. There were two rinse stations, which was really helpful on Labor Day weekend. The security staff of the building was very helpful and kind. It is also walking distance to some good restaurants and a liquor store. All-in-all, it was a clean, spacious condo that was very close to the beach and I would definitely stay here again!

"In all our trips to South Padre Island, this has been the best experience yet. The Kellam’s place is beautiful, its beauty punctuated by gorgeous sunrises and a breathtaking view of the ocean. We love that it has floor to ceiling windows and mirrors to accentuate its best asset, an SPI sunrise over the ocean. Amenities exceeded expectations from the condo, to the pool, to the tennis courts, and on down to the beach. There are games, pool floats, tennis rackets, sand toys, and a cart with beach chairs and boogie boards. I didn’t even need to bring my own beach towels! We slept great, had really cool air conditioning, took hot showers, and found every tool necessary in the kitchen. Two coffee pots and a big frying pan were especially nice for a family of six adults. And, the six of us could really spread out in this spacious condo. Never once felt crowded. We will definitely look for the Kellam’s place the next time we visit the island. They delivered what they promised.

"I can’t imagine having stayed anywhere else on SPI, not even in another condo in Saida Towers itself. We had several family hiccups back at home and some health challenges completely unrelated to the condo. I’m confident had we stayed somewhere smaller and without the amenities provided by the host, the trip would have possibly been too overwhelming. Instead, despite being a group of six, everyone had personal space as needed if wanted but enjoyed family bonding, beautiful views, a gorgeous home away from home, walking distance to plenty of local spots, and security is superb!!

"Condo was sparkling clean, newly renovated, well equipped, and in an excellent location. Close to the causeway for fast access to Port Isabel and close to lots of island attractions.
