Saida 4306 Family Beach Haven!

Forget your troubles and make your way to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental apartment in South Padre Island! This well-lit and open retreat provides plenty of space for entertainment for you and your family, a kitchen for preparing breakfast before heading to the beach, and access to a few community pools, making it the perfect home away from home! With 2 king beds and 2 queens, this unit can sleep up to 8 guests! A fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, beach towels, and beach chairs are included.

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Saida IV #306 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome with a required $100/ per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

Enough bedding for 8 people with an ensuite king bed master bedroom, guest bedroom king and a 3rd bedroom with 2 queens.

We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts.The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 3rd floor. There’s a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place.

"Unfortunately I did not feel comfortable in my stay and I’m ok to share that. The pool area was gross, the gate access was a puddle of mucky water you had to jump around, the elevator was so old I was nervous to touch anything. The only reason I stayed was because Rod and Rosa locked in my deposit otherwise I would have picked a different place to stay. I found hair on the shower wall which I was the first to shower on day 1, the couches had really old throw pillows, and under the couches it looked as if it had never been swept. I was charged for a cleaning fee but the place felt like a recycled Airbnb location that the owners never pay any mind to. The location of the building is nice but I was unsatisfied with everything else and couldn’t wait to get home.

"Condo was nice and clean, great walkability and we loved how a section of the pool was shaded…pretty great after a long day at the beach. Pool side bar was a plus. Great communication with host, no complaints! If you plan to bring a toddler or young child just know the door to the balcony doesn’t lock to keep a child off the balcony- we barricaded the door so my 2 year old wouldn’t go out without us. Otherwise, no complaints!

"My family traveled from Oklahoma to South Padre Island for my five boys’ spring breaks (Ages 15-3) We all had an absolute blast. The weather did not fully cooperate like we had hoped but, Rod & Rosa’s condo was the perfect getaway! We had plenty of space and activities. It was nice to see a familiar game (Rummikub!) We sincerely appreciated the communication and the organization of all the information. Hoping to make this place a regular for the future!

"Inside was very clean and quiet. Didn’t hear people walking above us upstairs or next door. Big TVs and large dining table as well as couch so there was room to sit and be comfortable. Provided tons of linens and provided laundry soap. Was able to check in and out on an electronic display that was in the condo.

"We vacation every year to SPI and we normally have another favorite spot but we booked too late and found this spot. I can tell you that we were lucky to have had to use another place because we won’t rent from another place again as long as this place is available. The guarded gate made us feel extra safe while we stayed, the beach access had the boardwalk almost right out to the beach with rental umbrellas right up front. We also had super responsive and flexible hosts who just made it easy to feel at home and taken care of. Excellent stay!

Perfect and relaxing Beach Vacation

"The condo had everything we needed for our vacation with a full complement of cookware and small appliances. This had three bedrooms, so we all had our own rooms. Two of the rooms had queen size beds and the third bedroom had two bunk beds for 4 kids. Great place for couples with or without kids, or a family with a mix of small children and teenagers. This condo had 4 wicker kitchen counter stools and nice dining table that seated six. Master Bedroom overlooking pool had nice size Smart TV in it and even larger one in living room area. The 2nd bedroom also had a nice small adjustable height reading/writing table included in it. I thought the wine cooler in the main area added a nice touch with all the glasses included. We really spent much of our time exploring the South Padre Island and the many activities it has to offer. Our favorite breakfast was at the Signature Grill (great low prices) right over Causeway on left in Port Isabel. Our favorite family activity was the 90 min Isla Dolphin Watch tour that was only $20 per person and worth every penny. The captain's narration and knowledge about the Dolphins, Marina and Gulf during the cruise really made it fun for everyone. It was great to see the dolphins up close while swimming and jumping out of the water. We capped off our vacation with an all you can eat Seafood buffet at Louie's Backyard and saw a beautiful sunset over the Marina (flashes of pink as sun set). This is right across from Gravity Park with go-karts and reverse Bungee and Giant Swing (great for kids a little older). Great time and wish we could have stayed longer! We definitely will be coming back again!

"This condo is wonderful! Never saw one bug. It is so dog friendly and roomy. The owners have thought of everything including standing fans in all of the bedrooms that are wonderful! Spices in the kitchen. Easy to cook and serve a meal with a large comfortable dining set. Wet bar! A view of the pool tennis and the ocean. It is very functional and we will be back!
