Gorgeous views of the Gulf and facing miles of clean sand beach and blue waters, our unit is located in building IV of the highly acclaimed Saida Resort at the water’s edge without a street to cross. Our beach home is on the 4th floor with a great location in the building for the best views. Cute 3-bedroom/2-bath unit very spacious at 1,600 sq. ft with a large balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded and the unit comes completely tiled. A gated resort with 24/7 security, amenities include several pools with a seasonal heated pool, 4-tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Brand new on the rental market, all dates are available. Come and stay with us.

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Saida IV #402 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome for $100/ per non-refundable dog cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

Saida IV Condominiums is a building in the Saida Resort complex at South Padre Island,TX. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts.The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 4th floor. There’s a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place.

"We’ve stayed here for 3 years now. South Padre is our annual family vacation destination .pet friendly so ALL my family gets to enjoy the beach. Room is spectacular, view is breathtaking. And it truly feels like home at the end of day. Everything you need is provided. The blender wasn’t working and they had one at the door in a few hours. We will continue to stay every year.

"My family of seven recently stayed at Rod and Rosa's condo in South Padre Island, which exceeded our expectations. Located in the Saida resort, the condo offered breathtaking ocean views, was super clean, and had ample space for all of us. The well-equipped kitchen was a plus. The condo's location was ideal—just a few steps from the beach and close to top attractions and restaurants. The resort's amenities, including clean swimming pools, added to our relaxing experience. I highly recommend this property. We would stay here again!

Wonderful February Stay

"We (5 adults) stayed the whole month of February in this condo. There was plenty of space for us inside with 1600 square feet. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The pantry had lots of room for dry food and the in unit washer/dryer was great to have. We used the direct private access to the beach everyday. The three pools and hot tubs provide lots of choices for hanging out on days when the beach is too windy or cold. During the winter months there were pickleball lines on two of the tennis courts and we learned how to play during our stay. There are city of SPI pickleball courts about a block away. There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The support we received from Rosa and Rod and their team at Blue Ocean was impressive. For the few issues that came up, they were very quick to respond in a positive and respectful manner and were always resolved to our satisfaction. Loved our stay and would stay here the next time we’re on SPI.

"We loved our stay here! We have stayed at this condo complex 3 times and this was the best view we have ever had! The beds were comfortable and the whole condo is quiet- we had a baby in our bedroom and the other bedrooms couldn’t hear him. The master closet is perfect for a pack-n-play. The tvs worked great, the kitchen had more than enough to cook and even Tupperware for leftovers. Lots of dishes and glasses. The washer and dryer was a lifesaver. So each to reach the owners through text. The only issue we had was non-working showers, but we were assured they were being repaired when we left. We will definitely stay here again.

"The parking permits are a little bit of an issue, no clear instructions when I checked in about how to get the permits, but other than that check in and everything else was fine. Cleaning people need to be a little more thorough, found a used q-tip in the window sill and a false nail on the floor. Room was nice and provided beach towels and chairs which was a nice addition.

Hello Juile, Parking is an issue in all this small island. While we specify 2 cars for a 3 bedroom, guests have the need to bring 3 and 4 cars. The parking on premises gets very full during peak season and the rule of 2 cars is so every guest can enjoy the opportunity to park inside the gate. There is some parking outside or public parking for those additional must bring cars. Sorry you were inconvenienced and hope you had a wonderful time aside from the parking of your cars. "Condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan and utensil. Loved that beach chairs and towels were provided, especially since my parents had forgotten theirs at home. Super easy beach access! View was perfect facing the beach as well as a great view of the tennis courts and two pools. My kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room they had. The only issue we encountered was getting one of the bedroom TVs to work, but we didn’t really care since TV wasn’t a necessity on this trip. Also, the TV in living room could have been a little larger….kidding!!! Haha, that flatscreen is HUGE! Like 70-75 inches! It was perfect for winding down with a family movie! All in all, we had a terrific time and would love to stay there again! Hosts were so nice and responsive to everything. That meant a lot to us! :-)
