Saida Resort 3 Bedroom with Million Dollar Views!

Amazing beach getaway is stocked with all you need. Oversized, ensuring a fun memorable beach vacation! Best views of the ocean, boasts a very spacious kitchen, large living & dining, 3 bedrooms (2 master suites) & 2 bathrooms. Comfortable balcony has tables & chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. All rooms with TV. The ocean is much closer than shown in the pictures!!!

Saida IV Condominiums is a building in the Saida Resort complex at South Padre Island,TX. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts.The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 4th floor. There's a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place. The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there's deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There's always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you'll come choose to stay in our relaxing "Little piece of South Padre Island", down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Saida IV #405 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome for $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"The condo was gorgeous compared to others we have stayed at. Beautiful and comfortable furniture, large open concept. Had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, pool noodles. View and breeze on balcony was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Felt very safe with security gates and attendant at entrance. Very smooth making reservations. Check in and check out was the easiest we have ever done. "This place was great for our group trip. The only thing I’d say is the starter kit is very minimal so be prepared to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc if you have a larger group. The location was great, super close to the beach. Also the place came with beach equipment which was great! Overall it was a great stay with good amenities and lots of things to do on the island!

"Great condo (as pictured and described) and access to the beach. We were provided use of beach chairs, wagon, etc that made enjoying the sun simple. Additionally, a pack and play and high chair was provided and made our packing easier. Large complex, so pool and common areas can be busy/noisy, but as expected. TV/streaming services did not have the best connectivity. Overall perfect stay and would rebook for future visits.

"We had 2 families with dogs stay at this condo and it really worked out well for us. First, the condo is way bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were set up nicely, furniture was comfortable and the in unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver. The only thing I would change is if the owner would have provided more garbage bags and washer and dishwasher pods. For our group of 7, it wasn’t enough and we had to go out and buy them. Other than that, everything else was great. Don’t hesitate to book this unit!!

"we absolutely loved staying at this location. it is right off of the bridge so was very simple to find. check-in at the gate was a breeze with the information that was given by Rod and Rosa. we rented a golf cart to help us get around which was a blast( FYI only 2 vehicles are allowed per condo and this includes carts). beach view was great from the balcony and the walk to the is hassle free. Folding chairs are provided in the condo but no lounge chairs. chairs and umbrellas can be rented right on the end of the walkway to the beach. however they cannot set up before 9 am and they collect them at 5pm. luckily the walk to and from the beach passes the pool so we just stopped there on our way back everyday. really good restaurants in walking distance and pizza delivery for those late night arrivals. just a heads up, most places on the island close pretty early so prepare accordingly. overall we will definitely be staying in a Rod and Rosa property the next time we go!!!

"This place is just as pictured and even better in person! The place was fresh and clean smelling as soon as we walked in the door. Everything worked and functioned properly. "We had the best stay! The unit was clean, had tons of room and felt very homey. We cooked most our nights and it had all the kitchen utensils we needed to prepare our meals. There is a washer and dryer that helped a ton for getting ready to head home. They had extra beach towels, chairs and toys for the beach which came in handy for the lil ones. Our beds were comfortable and we could have spent endless hous on the balcony taking in the view. All the little touches made this family Vaca one to remember!

"This was such a great place to stay in! The accommodations were just as described. Comfortable and had everything we needed. It's in a great location. Although there are quiet hours past 10 we still encountered noisy neighbors, but with all doors/windows closed it wasn't bothersome at all. The pools available are great in case the waters are too terrible. The walk to the beach is so short. The drive to anywhere on the island or Port Isabel was about 10 minutes from there. We highly recommended this stay.

"The condo was great! Very clean and as pictures with a great view. Pools were near by and easy access to the beach. There was also a few restaurants within walking distance that was very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful. We requested pack and plays and high chairs for our babies and they delivered with no issues. Great overall.

"Great place! It’s a gated complex plus they have extra security walking around. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Beach front! I had some questions before we left and Rod & Rosa got back to me with in 24 hours every time. Would highly recommend staying here.

"You know you're on vacation when you unlock the door. Everything we needed was there with the exception of the items we bought to consume from the local IGA. The contact with Rod and Rosa was only a text away and stayed in close touch as Tropical Storm Nicholas came and went. For any of you SpaceX fans, it's a short drive to the build site and should you be lucky enough to catch a launch, the attached beach a great spot to watch. South Padre has some cool spots to find. Not too touristy. Northern folks beware! The sun is 2-3 times more intense on your white skin! Can't wait for the next visit.

"Took a quick trip with the family and this place was a great find. Place is very updated with nice decor and is bright with an open floor plan, which is great if you have small kids. Location is perfect! With kids we spent the majority of the time in one of the three pools available and in the beach so having beach access was great. Overall great property!

Regarding the visitors you mentioned, this property has been newly remodeled and it is sprayed every month. You are the first guest that mentions the problem to us. We have a tropical weather and we have lots of palm trees which is the housing for those creatures. We will call our Blue Ocean Supe Pest Control Guy to come eliminate them all. "I definitely recommend Rod and Rosa’s beachfront condo! My family really enjoyed our stay here. Upon walking in, it smelled clean and was beautifully updated! It was also very spacious so we didn’t feel squished in there like you would in a hotel or other vacation properties. The condo was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and they provided a few essentials to get you started. They also allow you to use their folding chairs and beach towels if you’d rather not pack your own. There’s a washer and dryer so that you don’t have to pack dirty clothes or come home to a lot of laundry to do. There’s 3 pools to enjoy on the property and a tiki bar that serves drinks and food. We would go again!

"This condo was beautifully updated, spacious, and the location was amazing! We loved watching the summer fireworks from the balcony (Tues/Thurs 9PM) The only downside was the lack of a bathtub, which wouldn't have been a problem, except we were traveling with my 3 and 1-year old grandkids. However, Rod and Rosa brought a baby bathtub to us, which we made work, though it's too small for kids older than 6 months. We hope to return and give this condo 5 stars!
