Saida IV 408 Family Friendly Condo Waiting for YOU

This comfortable condominium is an ideal South Padre Island getaway throughout the year. It is suitable for a romantic weekend for couples or a fun-filled family vacation. The condominium provides a harmonious blend of tranquility and contemporary conveniences. Its convenient location enables easy access to the beach, as well as the local shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. ONE DOG ALLOWED AT MAX of 25 lbs WITH $100 NON-REFUNDABLE PET CLEANING FEE. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Saida IV #408 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We accept small/medium dogs in our property with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100/per dog. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door. The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

"Condo is great!! Beds are comfy and so is the reclining sofa for your evening movies or football. Super internet speed for streaming on all devices! Love the complex amenities. The tiki bar was so fun and made us feel like we were on a Caribbean vacation! Rosa is WONDERFUL to work with and very fast to communicate even in the after hours. "The condo was beautiful. The pictures didn’t do it justice! All the major appliances were new, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we possibly could have needed. There was even a wagon for hauling our stuff out to the beach! The other pleasant surprise was the dual shower heads in the master shower. It made bath time with little ones that much quicker after a long day in the sun. Security guards were also very friendly. We will definitely book again next year.

Great Stay

"This property was very clean upon check in and everything we expected from the photos. All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen area was very large. Great views of the whole resort and beach from the patio. Having the shade on the patio the whole day was a huge plus. We enjoyed watching movies on the huge flat screen in the living area on the reclining sectional sofa. I would recommend staying here if you have a family for sure. The pool was right around the corner and plenty of grass areas for little ones to play. My boys loved playing football and baseball right outside the patio/building every night. The Kitchen was also updated with plenty of storage. The entry closet was the best for all your beach items from a long day out to store there. It also comes with beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon to hall your items down to the beach. Rod and Rosa were also very responsive with questions we had prior to check in. "Our family stayed at Rod and Rosa's place during our kids spring break. I honestly don't have one thing negative to say about the place. Everything was very clean and organized. They were very responsive during our stay, so if we did have a question they were quick to respond. The resort itself is beautiful, well kept grounds. There are three pools and if that isn't enough you can head to the beach and swim. A couple things I want to call out. First, is they provided ammenties for us to enjoy the beach/pools which included beach towels, sand toys, wagon to get down to the beach with the toys, pool noodles, etc.. We met multiple people staying there that didn't have those things provided by their renters so they had to go buy them. The second thing is the kitchen. It was well stocked with items for us to enjoy our stay without having to worry about anything besides groceries. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting South Padre.

"We loved our stay at the Saida Towers. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our master bedroom and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach--which has a private entrance--and the clean pool and hot tub. We had everything we needed and were even able to check in early. The owners were very responsive and made our stay easy with great communication.

GREAT FAMILY STAY

"We had a great week at the Saida IV 408 Family Friendly condo. The pictures online were 100% accurate. Our family felt at home from the minute we opened the door. There is plenty of room for families to spread out within the condo and the grounds were perfect. We enjoyed playing tennis, shuffle board, swimming, and walking/playing on the beach almost everyday. Communication from Rod and Rosa was very clear. This was our first family vacation to SPI and will definitely not be the last. We hope this condo will be available the next time we vacation at SPI. "Our stay in Saida 408 was made very comfortable from the very nice furniture to the bed and linens. The kitchen is well stocked. The view from the veranda is lovely. "This is our 5th trip to South Padre Island since the pandemic. Our other visits were a couple of different units at another location and no availability. This trip was bit last minute so finding a small dog friendly place right on the beach left us few choices. We were a bit hesitant since we were so happy with the other location but we are glad we did. While these units are about the same age (not new)as our previous place it was larger, roomier, more comfortable and updated. We felt right at home. It is further back on the property but the 4th floor still provided a great view of the ocean and we could hear the waves. We may have found our new go to place!

"Rod and Rosa's condo was perfect for our family. The location allows for walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, smoothies etc. Huge patio for relaxing - complex is clean and well kept. The units are beach front and for easy access to enjoy the sunrise stroll with the waves crashing in. A few highlights that made our stay: - location, location , location - hall closet with goodies for beach stay (wagon, boards, sand toys, chairs, kite, etc) - nice fluffy extra absorbent bath towels - 2 big TVS (one in front guest room and other in living) - elevator to fourth floor - plenty of convenient parking - easy access to the condo with easy check in - amenities a plus (3 pools (i think one was heated), shuffle board, great for small dog with pick up baggies, tennis courts and easy access to beach) Anyway would highly recommend this condo if you plan on visiting SPI!

"After staying in a lot of different locations in South Padre, I think these condos are my favorite due to the amenities, calm uncrowded vibe at the beach and easy access to restaurants and the mainland (which during high season traffic is really a factor to be considered). It's not the newest, fanciest condo building on the beach, but who wants fancy when you are covered with sand and sunscreen. And despite its casual vibe, the whole complex is well maintained, clean, and feels secure with gated access. Within this condo building, this particular condo has great décor with a modern beach vibe. And the organization and communication with the owner was really top notch. It also came with a lot of beach gear which was super convenient. The only thing I would have liked better is if it had a little broader view of the beach as it is tucked a little further back compared to some of the other condo units (that said it did have a view of the beach). I would definitely stay here again because the easy communication, the elevated décor and well stocked beach equipment are well worth it.

"The condo was so clean and beautiful! It looks just like the photos and it had everything that we needed. I had family from out of state with us and they were so impressed. The view from the balcony is awesome and the beach access is great! I really loved the layout of the condo. The master room and guest room are separated and do not share walls. The recliners were a hit from my husband too. The pool can get busy, but it was still fun and they have an outdoor bar that sells food and drinks. Overall, would definitely stay again!

"We had a wonderful weekend on South Padre Island. A small inconvenience arose on the second day of our stay, we sent a message to our host Ron & Rosa and the problem was resolved in half an hour. "The physical property is excellent. The overall size of the 2 bedroom was surprisingly large. We especially liked that you never have direct sun on the patio(morning or evening). More patio time! Also, many amenities in the closet to use at the beach...very complete. The checkout time of 10AM doesn´t seem standard though, as most VRBO locations use the standard 11AM.... someone was actually knocking on the door at 10AM!!....but other than that a very delightful place! Definitely would consider again.

"This place, in our minds was immaculate. The inside and outside were beautiful and well maintained. We had so much fun in the 3 pools, 3 hot tubs but of course the beach was what we came for and it did not disappoint. Pleasing teenagers is very difficult to do, but they had so much fun. "The place was right on the beach. there are many swimming pools and hot tubs one with a tiki bar. very nice, the views are great and even the beach has furniture. the space was nice, the master bed was able to be reclined which was very nice, the smaller bathroom needed a little tlc but we came for the beach so who cares, plus they said they had planned a remodel soon. "Our family (including three young kids) had a marvelous stay at Rod and Rosa's condo. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and we felt very comfortable. They even had a closet full of beach supplies: a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and some floats! The location was awesome. Easy access to the great pools, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and if we ever make our way back to South Padre we would love to stay here again!

"Beautiful condo! Very spacious and plenty of room. We had four adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there for us even fun things for the beach. The pictures are exactly what you can expect. Communication with Rod and Rosa was great! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

"Wonderful hosts! If you are looking to stay on SPI, this is a clean and updated condo close to pools and the beach. Rod & Rosa are excellent at communicating and answering any questions you might have. Highly recommend going to the beach at night for fireworks and to spot crabs. That was a highlight of our trip!

"Clean! Perfect Location! This was like staying in our home while away from home. It did not feel like a hotel or apartment, it was PERFECT for us. View was PERFECT. They had BEACH TOYS and Tent and floaties and boogie boards ALREADY in the closet so we didnt even NEED to bring a thing. 100/10 Would DEFINITELY stay here again. I WANT THIS EXACT SAME ROOM if possible again. No more hotels for us. They set the bar SO SO SO SO SO HIGH. This was out first AirBnB experience. I 100% vouche for this place. Book it. Book it NOW!

"10/10 Would recommend!! Beautiful place to stay! Huge patio with great views of the pools and ocean. The beach was immaculate and we loved that they had a few different shower spots to rinse off just as you re-enter the property. The pools (there are 3) were great! One pool even has a bar! The couch was amazing (we are looking to buy one similar). The kitchen was awesome. The Master bed was SO comfortable. The linen and towels were plush and very nice. The kids enjoyed the second bedroom and slept well. Lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. Rod and Rosa even had a little closet with beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, umbrellas, and other beach accessories. It’s clear that they love hosting and have put a lot of thought into their condo. We will definitely book there again!! Absolutely loved our stay!

"Great location! Great place to stay! Pools and beach are a short walking distance. Balcony has a beautiful view to the pools and to the beautiful beach. Condo is located right by the elevator which is even more convenient. Loved the privacy and the secured parking as well. Over all it is a great place to stay!

"The condo has a great view, the pictures are a great depiction of the unit and it was very clean upon our arrival. The two smaller beds are not very comfortable but for kids I think would be fine. Master bed was comfortable. Unfortunately and through no fault of the owner the unit next door is/was being remodeled during our stay so it was not the most relaxing experience. I don’t fault the owners at all but it is something to consider.

"Rod and Rosa are excellent hosts and have a beautiful place. The property has a large patio so you can see both the pool area and the beach. We especially enjoyed the very nice furnishings and extra large TV. Made for great movie nights! It is located with easy access to parking and elevator. So in and out was simple. Hosts were very quick to help us with access when we misplaced the entry code. Highly recommend.

"This condo is immaculate and beautiful. Rod and Rosa were very quick to respond if we had any questions, which I really appreciated. The location of this condo is PERFECT. Close to everything! It has a few different pools and hot tubs...and is just steps from the beach. We had such a great time in South Padre experiencing all the various restaurants--and there are MANY. It was always so nice to come home at night to a spacious, beautiful condo. Would highly recommend!
