Experience luxury living at its finest in these high-end beachfront residences, featuring stunning wall-to-wall windows that offer breathtaking views of the ocean from every angle. Recently remodeled with a contemporary touch, these residences boast modern amenities and a spacious beachfront terrace that serves as the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a large window overlooking the water, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet for added convenience. Live the beachfront lifestyle you've always dreamed of in these exquisite residences. UPDATE: ONLY IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS OF SAME FAMILY ALLOWED DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH. Please read all the building rules:

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

The owners of Sapphire #1106 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in this building. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the trash chute located in the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

11. IMPORTANT: A resort fee of up to $49 per day will be charged to renters; monthly rental fees are capped at $250 and $490 during May-September. The capped charges are billed per month (NOT per stay). Charges will be invoiced after booking.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo and we plan to visit again each year! Everything we needed was provided, it's very clean, the beds and couches are comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us! The communication was great, too!

"The Condo was great! There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very clean. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The pools and beach were amazing. The theatre room and work out facility were a nice bonus. The view is beautiful. Renting the beach gear is the way to go, it was so convenient. We had a great vacation and Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals made everything so easy. We will definitely be back.

"We loved our stay in 1106 at Sapphire condos. It was a well equipped condo. The Blue ocean rentals was very prompt in fixing any problem we had. The linens were very good. They had all the beach towels and chairs even though we did not use them.

Accessible, Accommodating and Amazing

"I was a bit nervous as I travel with my disabled husband. When I say disabled, I mean he is a hoyer lift quadriplegic that cannot communicate verbally. My sister also has limited mobility with arm crutches and wheelchair for long walks. We were taking a risk coming to the island itself as we travel in a custom shuttle bus with a trailer to hold all of his medical equipment, but being on the 11th floor scared me the most…BUT… When I say we’ll be back, WE WILL BE BACK!!! From the moment we pulled in, the staff here was so accommodating!! The ease of getting everything unloaded and up to the room was effortless (although it took a few trips)…we didn’t even need to use our portable medical cot for him as the bed was high enough off the floor to use the hoyer, so he was able to sleep in a real bed for the first time since his stroke!…we brought plenty of pillows to prop him up!! The view is spectacular, and we we had amazing weather (100 degrees) the entire time!! We came in September (10year wedding anniversary) which is off-peak season, but perfect for us as we practically had the entire island to ourselves :-) Landsharks restaurant, attached to Margaritaville right next door was easy to get to and had wonderful food! We did a lot of touristy things (even got my husband on a sunset dolphin cruise) during the week, but if you’re looking to just relax and not go anywhere, all of the amenities are already here! Even a spa for massage! We absolutely loved it here, and will definitely be coming back again!

"Our positive experience began well before we ever arrived at The Sapphire! Rod reached out several times between when I made the reservation and when we left for our vacation. He sent vital information that took any guess work out of the check in/check out processes, pertinent information about restaurants, night life, shopping, activities, etc. it all made for a flawless experience! Our condo was spacious and had all the comforts of home. There were plenty of linens, blankets, and beach towels. You’ll likely need to take extra toilet paper and paper towels, depending on the length of your stay. Our unit was well equipped with small appliances. The unit was clean and had an amazing view! I didn’t realize it until we got there, but guests at The Sapphire also have access to the amenities at The Margaritaville hotel next door. The guest services staff were professional and very helpful. Rod sent texts during our stay to see if we needed anything. Prior to check out, he sent an email with reminders about the process. It was an amazing stay and I can’t wait to go back!! Thank you so much, Rod and Rosa!!

"Both the facility, and the 3 bedroom condo that we stayed in, were great. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and provided a beautiful ocean view. The only issue we encountered was the hot tub/jacuzzi at the pool only worked intermittently and getting a hold of maintenance to fix it was not always easy.

"Been going to SPI for many years, but the 1st time staying at the Sapphire. We stayed in 1106. The condo was 1st rate with an exceptional view of both pool areas and the beautiful beach. Wonderful amenities. We rented umbrellas on the beach and they were sunburn savers for only $30 for an umbrella and 2 chairs for the day. The Sapphire grounds were immaculate and the pool and hot tub were both wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the grocery cart for taking luggage and groceries up to your condo. What a great idea. Would definitely stay here again.

"After receiving multiple texts and emails. days in advance, from my host regarding a simple check-in at the front desk, there was no record of our reservation. We called the hosts number, & we were told that there was nothing they could do and we would need to call VRBO. Are you kidding me? After 12 phone calls over an hour from both the front desk & myself, another gentleman came to The Sapphire & finally allowed us to check-in. I don’t think the property owners & the front desk see eye-to-eye…neither wants to help out the guests staying at the property. We found out that 3 other families had the same issue during our stay

We are sorry for the confusion at check in, we were actually on holiday in Europe at the time and probably did not receive those calls. Incompetence by the front desk staff during the holidays hardly justifies a negative review, we have no control over the staff. How was your million dollar condo once you got checked in? How was the first class amenities of the resort? There are 52 FIVE star reviews of this property before yours, so we would hope this was not the overall experince of you stay. Regards, Rod & Rosa

"What can I say except “perfection!” Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Our kids had a blast going from the pool to the beach everyday. It was nice to not have to bring our own beach towels and chairs as Rod and Rosa have thought of everything. Our views from the balcony were stellar! The kitchen was stocked with ample cooking accessories which made meal preps a breeze. Both a drip coffee maker and Keurig were available. Anytime we had a question, Rod and Rosa responded promptly! "My family and I have stayed at the Sapphire a few times now and all of them have been very nice. This particular unit was no exception, the layout was spacious, well appointed and had all the kitchen supplies we needed for cooking in. The pool area is always nice, it's well maintained and very large so you rarely feel crowded. The beach access is also convenient and makes coming and going easy. Overall this condo and the Sapphire were a hit.

"Amazing view of the ocean and property. Beautiful master suite also with view of the ocean. Access to the property next door was a plus. Pool, hot tub, and cabanas are nice. Hot tub and fountains in need of some work. Only two negatives, one of the bar stools was broken and the number of total guests you can have over your entire stay is limited.

"I was impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, bring nothing in that department. From the elevator to the front door is a very short walk, don’t be alarmed about noise there is none. This condo is 5 star I can’t find one negative thing about it. You usually find in many Air b&b’s that the master bed is comfortable but the guests beds are not so comfy. Not in this case, all were fabulous, lots of extra blankets too. I loved this place.

"This condo was a little more than we planned to spend for a last minute weekend getaway but we are so glad we decided to splurge. It was worth every cent. The views are breathtaking and the location cannot be beat. The beds were comfortable and pillows were ok... I’m a pillow snob though. The beach is steps away and the pools are beautiful and well kept. The staff at the resort are very friendly. It is a must stay and we will definitely book again. The only issue we had was the building is having some boiler issues so getting hot water up to the 11th floor took some time but the owners told us ahead of time and as long as we let it run about 15 minutes before showers, it stayed hot for 4 of us to shower back to back without too much issue. Overall, great stay and we are very pleased.
