Saturn Living #1 - 3 Bedroom Just Steps to the Beach

3 bed/2 bath condo across the street from beach access, about a 4 minute walk. Ground floor. Parking for 2 cars, washer & dryer, full kitchen with all normal cooking necessities, pots & pans, wine glasses, cable TV and Wifi included. Sleeping for 10 people with sofa bed in living room. Many things provided including beach towels and beach chairs. The perfect vacation spot for the family. Close to many restaurants, bars and attractions.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

VAYK GEAR is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Saturn Living #1 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 10 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We allow one (1) small dog with a $100 pet cleaning fee. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of in the green/blue cans located on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Pool area opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. Anyone caught in the pool after hours will receive a $50 fine for non compliance. Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person's life, please call 911.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings are only refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"From the checkin to the checkout, everything went well and just what we expected. The host were very responsive. The place was very clean and nicely . The pool was nice (only setback water temperature was very hot). Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Our fur pet was very pleased with place. Highly recommend this place! "We had a great time here and it had everything we could need. There were beach towels, chairs and even beach toys for the kids. The pool is right out the backdoor and the beach was like a block away. Great location!! The host sent us a great app with all the info for the island.

"The location was great. Few minutes walk to the beach and dollar general. The layout of the unit was great. It is on the bottom floor so yes you’ll hear people walking or moving stuff around in the unit above. Bathroom water pressure was good and so was the temperature of the water. Us ladies like lava :)

Convenient and Fun Family Beach getaway

"We loved staying at 130 Saturn. Comfortable for our family of 5 plus grandma. Super close to the beach, restaurants and the market. Would recommend grocery shopping at Wal-Mart in Port Isabel. The market on the island was more expensive. Can’t wait to come back!

"Rod and Rosa were wonderful hosts and always quick to respond. Our first day at the house the bathroom towel hanger broke. I was sick but told Rod & Rosa and they said they would send maintenance over-no questions asked. We had a couple of other issues (no one’s fault) but again, we were met with understanding and grace. The house really is within walking distance of the beach. It’s the second house from the corner, very short walk to a small parking lot across the street and you’re at the board walk. My six children and I stayed six days and had no trouble packing all our crap to the beach and back. The house has a nifty little wagon with toys and chairs which was also helpful. DG within walking distance. The towels were freaking legit. Way nicer than hotel towels. The house a/c is top notch which is fantastic because it is pretty damn hot in SP. All appliances worked great. (Well, the dryer did up until I broke the handle but I’m confident that was fixed right away. Stay here!

"Rod And Rosa are ready to accommodate in any way. From the time I got there I was made sure everything was up to par. kitchen has everything you need to make a meal for the whole family. no need to pack too much for the beach because getting back to the condo was less that 2 min walk. loved our stay 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!

Since we are not there, we count on our guests feedback to go around repairing and bringing the things needed. The TV channels we offer are the regular Spectrum channels on the living room TV. "The house was clean with large bed rooms. It was nice to have two separate bathrooms. The location was good, it was a short walk to the beach. The pool is pretty small and the area around it is not a nice area to hang out. The washing machine did not work while we were there. The management apologized and when we asked for more towels they quickly reacted. The communication back and forth with management was good. We found them to be responsive.
