Sweet Beach Life at Saturn Living 4

A Sweet Beach Life for this ground floor 3BD/2BA condominium! Comfortably sleeping 10 people, an amazing location across the street to the beach, close to local restaurants and shops. Completely stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, central AC, cable and outdoor pool. The master bedroom has a queen bed and each of the guests' bedrooms have a double/single bunk beds. The Kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. There are linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a private W/D for your convenience. There is one designated tandem parking spot for this rental that accommodates 2 standard cars, and it is directly in front of the unit.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Saturn Living 4 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense. Parking pass enforced.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 10 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We accept 2 small dogs with a $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed green/blue dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Pool area opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. Anyone caught in the pool after hours will receive a $50 fine for non compliance. Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers' only by following the rules with the knowledge that if broken there might be eviction without refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The lock box code will be provided to the guest about 48 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm.

GUESTS: PLEASE KNOW THAT WE REQUIRE EXTRA INFO PROVIDED ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings "only" are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of "your" choice of a Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

"This home is across the street from the beach. We were surprised how spacious and clean it was! The pool was an extra bonus. My kids loved it! We actually overpacked. There was plenty of towels, beach towels, lawn chairs and kitchen supplies. We will definitely be booking again next year!

"The place was great! Fit our family of 10 perfectly. Walking distance to the beach was ideal for our littles. We lost water for an hour due to construction which hosts responded to quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again.

"Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been better, with stunning beach access just a walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect beach getaway. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. "I love how close the beach access is to the condo, we were literally the 2nd property on the street. I also loved that it was the first floor. My husband gets so tired hauling everything up and down condo stairs every year so this was a nice change for him. The only thing I wish was different was the pool temperature. It was so hot and only enjoyable when the sun was down.

"Our family group of 10 had an outstanding time at Saturn Living 4. We had a 4 night stay and the accomodations were great. The location was great as there was beach access right across the street. We took advantage of the on-site pool during the evenings which added to the getaway. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had plenty of room and the sleeping arrangements worked well. The team at BOVR was great. They answered all our questions. The booking process, check-in, and check-out were all hassle free. We will definitely be back!

"Our experience at Rod and Rosa's condo was extremely fun! Rod and Rosa themselves were great people. We had a group of 10 spring breakers which was tight but we made it work when including an air mattress. The neighbors are local people, not other AirBnBs. However, they were all very nice when we introduced ourselves and told us about a few spots on the island that we would enjoy!

Such a Great Property

"We rented this property as a last minute decision. The rental process was very easy. The property had all the necessary beds to cover all persons sleeping. We had no issues there at all. This property is a fantastic spot to take in all that South Padre Island has to offer. Close to the beach and all restaurants.
