Experience the ultimate vacation getaway in this spacious 3BD/2.5BA condo with stunning ocean views! Imagine yourself relaxing in this large, newly renovated beachfront property with a stylish coastal design, just steps away from the beautiful South Padre Island Beach and near the island's entertainment options. With nearly 2000 square feet of living space spread over two floors, our suite offers the perfect setting for a family vacation, all within easy reach of the sparkling blue ocean. Whether you're staying for a short break or an extended period, our beachfront retreat is sure to exceed your expectations. Step inside the 5th-floor unit to discover a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic ocean views. The balcony runs the length of the living space, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze. Upstairs, the master bedroom features ocean views, a private bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi, and a king-size bed. The two guest bedrooms also offer Gulf of Mexico views, with TVs in each room and a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom. The second master suite boasts a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, internet access, a washer and dryer, gated parking, two pickleball courts, and a heated pool. Please note that pets are not allowed, and guests will be required to provide additional information on a signed rental agreement.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Sunchase IV #530 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone's stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle inside the gate. An additional vehicle must park outside on a first come first serve basis. Parking pass enforced. Both cars need the provided parking passes displayed on the car dashboard. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. If you must bring your dog, please ask us. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed in the parking lot dumpster on the sides of the building or the trash chute located on the same floor. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you. The complex also has a set of rules that will need to be acknowledged in writing.

9. Wristbands ~ During the busy times (Spting Break, Holy Week and Summer) wristbands are in use and are issued up to the maximum number of occupants allowed. If you do not see yout wristbands in the unit at your arrival, they can be issued by the guard only from 5pm to 9pm.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart door keypad code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee. Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings "only" are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings.

"This condo came with everything you could possibly want: regular & pod style coffee pots, wine fridge, crock pot, any kitchen utensil you might need, beach towels and chairs, beach wagon, short distance to the beach, many amenities onsite, walking distance to many places on the island, and wonderful sunrises for you to watch from every single bedroom. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We stayed six weeks and wouldn't change a thing while we were there. We had one little glitch with the TV upstairs, but Rod and Rosa were very responsive when we reached out to them. I would definitely recommend this condo! It just doesn't get any better!

"Thank you for opening your home! We loved that we could walk to Ceviche Ceviche! The wagon & beach chairs were super helpful to have. We also loved the Jacuzzi tub in the master! The home was so clean. Meals were so easy to make within the wonderful kitchen! Having a washer and dryer onsite meant we came home with clean clothes instead of a Sandy mess). We didn’t worry on the day it rained because the condo was so big and lovely we sat watching the rain & played games! We surfed for our first time ever & it was just so great to have a home-base to come back to between adventures, beac time, pool time & shopping. Thank you again!

"Excellent location and the views were spectacular from every room! Plenty of room for the whole family and great amenities like a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and the beach within walking distance! "We had a wonderful time staying here! Plenty of room for our two families (4 adults and 2 children). We loved that the condo has 2 floors with the bedrooms upstairs, so that the adults could still hang out when the kids slept. The weather was a bit chilly so it was awesome that the pool was heated, and also short walk from the beach so we could pop back and forth easily. The big huge decks were awesome for enjoying the ocean breeze! Hosts were great and very responsive. My only critique is that they give you small rations of supplies (2 rolls toilet paper, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 Tide pods, etc.). With 6 people over 5 days that wasn’t enough for us, and for the price we paid I don’t think we should have had to worry about rationing out those supplies and buying more. Everything else was great and I would definitely recommend this condo!!

"Although it wasn't the perfect beach vacation (only because of the weather) our stay at the Sunchase condo did not disappoint. This was our 4th year at Sunchase (2nd year in this unit). Rod and Rosa are great hostesses, paying attention to detail. The unit has been rehabed and updated since our previous stay, beautiful. What a great place for us to spend a lot of time inside. The views of the beach are spectacular, the kitchen has everything needed for basic cooking, plenty to do in the complex and a great place for a family vacation. We will be back!

"We have been coming to Padre for over 30 years and this stay was one of our best trips. The condo was GORGEOUS with the most beautiful views of the ocean from every room! "This condo is HUGE! The view was amazing from both upper and lower decks and overlooks the HEATED pool and hot tub. The master suite has its own coffee station and a great desk if you need to work during your stay, which I did. Loved that all the bedrooms are upstairs so guests can sleep in and kids can nap without being disturbed. Whirlpool tub in the master bathroom was heavenly! I love to cook and the induction stove was a real treat. The kitchen is fully stocked with electric griddle, crock pot, plenty of baking pans. Kids enjoyed coloring at the game table. This is perfect for 2 families with kids or a girls trip, which is next on my list! I should add that there are 2 KING beds and the bunk room has 2 full size beds as well as twin pull out. I cannot say enough about the extra touches...above and beyond!!

Sunchase IV 530 is Paradise!

"Sunchase IV 530 is perfect in every aspect of a vacation condo! Very well stocked with everything you need to cook. They even have awesome grills in the common areas!! The pool was awesome. As far as location I’m not sure how it could be better. You drive one block and turn either direction and you have everything you need. Traffic during the weekend gets pretty heavy especially getting across the bridge so adjust your arrival and departure schedule accordingly. Traffic during the week is a breeze! The condo is exceptionally clean, including the grounds around the building. Like I said, the place is perfect in every aspect and we will be back next year!
